Accusing Ukraine of attacking the Kerch Bridge in Russian-occupied Crimea at the weekend, Vladimir Putin had spoken of a 'harsh response'. The capital, Kyiv, was also struck by rockets in the early hours of Monday.
The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, condemned the attack, accusing Russia of intentionally targeting civilian infrastructure. 'They deliberately chose such a time, such goals, in order to cause as much harm as possible,' he said.

I don't know, it's pretty easy to imagine. One minute your lights are on, the next minute, your lights are out.
Living your life then suddenly lose it for a war just because a group of rich families want to invade a land** That's how ridiculous their reasoning is. Willing to sacrifice civilians like ants.

@@Ronaldo-vs3uh bro, this is a city in warzone with cars driving and traffic lights working. Of course it's the power grids
What do you even do in that scenario? A missile that big and that fast... I would break down seeing that in person. That brief pause before they move thinking "Is it already too late? Is this it?" My heart goes out to everyone who has been through the trauma of modern war.
Rest in peace to all the innocents.
I did ran to the corridor with my cat and waited till the attacks ended (I live 300 metres to the right from the road). The next day I moved to the village far away from the city for a month to calm down 🙂.
On the video, firstly the rocket hit the old office building (telecommunications provider) and then it fell on road and brightly exploded, there were injured people in a bus passing by, but all survived.
I found out that sounds don't cause trauma to me, but deaths do. Like it happened on January/14/2023 here in Dnipro when the same type of rocket hit the building with civilians and there were about 50 people dead under ruins. It was traumatic and it took up to 2 weeks to live normal life again. It's just my experience. Sorry if I sounded rude.
No, they realized that it was no longer possible to pass there, so they took a detour.

@Roger Mellie I think it's real, because both sides showed it in the news
Those very clevet people who say "why didnt the driver turn 180 degrees immediately"....the first feeling one has in such moment is a shock. Then you dont know where to run:front or back or to the left, because the next missile can shoot at any place. And at least a few second required to check the situation at your rear, back and forth andbthen act. Therefore, having survived this day in this city, i thank everybody for support. But it is really easy to comment in safe comfortable chair.
Yes, here are the wonderous powers possessed by such commenters, who can:
1: turn a car around on a busy road in less than 6 seconds.
2: determine in advance that there will be a second explosion.
Also, they would have no desire to spend those precious 6 second diving into a flat position across the passenger seat in case the blast or debris blew their windscreen into their face. Which would actually be the sensible thing to do, and is quite likely to be what this driver did.
