NIGHT Time 5 times/week :
Propolis toner+ ordinary Airgirline + mist the face + ordinary Matrixyl + Tretenoin 0.025% + regular face cream to finish (Hara Lobo Cream)
MORNING Ordinary copper peptide + minimalist niacinamide + sunscreen
For the left over 2 days : I do nothing except for toner eye cream & night/ sunscreen cream

I think what I’ve understood from the video is that if you’re using Alpha Arbutin or Azelic acid for hyper pigmentation, then you should not use Copper peptides. Once your pigmentation starts subsiding, you can try the copper peptide. 😢😢 So, I guess I’m not ready for Copper peptide yet 😭😭

Hello dear! It is important to wear sunscreen daily wether you use retinol or not. Sun uva uvb break down collagen in your skin at rapid speed and cause aging. Secondly I have recommend the ordinary retinol in squalene in retinol videos. It’s good but strong
