  • Hello Everyone! My name is Liv and I am in recovery from anorexia. In this video I challenged myself to have liquid calories everyday for five days. They are one of my biggest fear foods (well drinks i guess haha), and I am super glad I did this! Let this be your reminder that you can do hard things! Grab a fear food or just a snack and I hope you enjoy the video!

    I really like Starbucks caramel macchiato :)) it’s good hot and iced!

    Not a coffee gal overall but all of Starbucks refreshers are the bomb. And maybe? a caramel mocha, I’ve had a caramel flavored coffee I liked I’m not sure what it was called
