Dont break your head over all these. Dont listen to unwanted stuff online.
The meaning of these words itself easily tells what the examiner expects from you....
Define- just briefly explain what is what
illustrate- means elaborating on something through your explanation
The meaning of Describe, Explain, Elucidate etc is also same- You have to explain in detail.
Critically analyze- means analyse pros/cons, advantages/disadvantages, challenges, and provide solution

As a first step, take the previous year papers and try to understand them. Alongside, follow the guidelines that I gave for NCERT and newspaper reading. You will gradually master art of writing mains answers

No. There is no fixed answer key for mains. There will be a broad key with important points and keywords
Dont search for such ready made keys anywhere. Develop your own style of writing with your own knowledge and thinking
Sir,if we just began our NCERT then how to start practicing answer writing for mains....Or first thoroughly finished NCERT then we start answer practicing because without any idea, information or news about particular question,how it is possible?

Yes, you can appear. Short/long sight is NOT a big issue unless you have major eye problems like Colour blindness or partial/total blindness.

Dont worry too much about mains. Just focus on attending as many questions as possible with good quality. If you leave 1 or 2 questions, its not a big issue.
