Awesome video very helpful. Quick question I work outside for most of my shift, downtown Boston gets bitter cold. I have a long sleeve under Armour shirt. It say compression cold gear. The material is very thick. It almost feels like a dive suit material. I want a pair of compression pants in that same thickness. Are the tights the same as the shirt I have?? The thick material is amazing. Any info would help. I went to the Under Armour store in Connecticut and asked but they weren’t sure.

Thanks for demonstration, I'm about to purchase the compression shirt but I'm bit worried as the size chart for me is medium however I'm exactly Same build to the t as yourself. However you also have some vests underneath you so not sure which one to purchase

Thanks for the video! It was very helpful. But I was wondering does the Fitted shirt runs tight? I am 5’7 tall and weight about 205-210 and I wear size M in Lose and never wear Fitted before. I’m a 42” - 44”
Toua Xiong I would say medium for a tighter fit, and a large for a loser fit. Especially if you’re bulking so you have room to grow. But if you want tighter in the arms and chest then medium since the material is most likely stretchy Does that help?

I dont understand what this has to do with armour ? I came here looking for why are under armour shirts better than just a jacket and if its worth it, but this is just some dude talking about his shirts ... To spare the rest of you from embarrassing yourselves in public wearing these compression shirts especially in a gym, first of all remember this one important thing... "YOU HAVE TO LIFT THE WEIGHTS THAT IS DESERVING OF YOU TO WEAR COMPRESSION UNDER ARMOUR!" Look into a mirror and say these words before you go into public wearing training compression shirts, I am just stopping you from looking like a clown and making me laugh when you enter a gym. No I am not a roid junky, I don't even take supplements, or none of that creatin/ red piss juice that I see in the gym next to the clown lifting bitch weights wearing the men's yoga tights, do not be that guy. Here is the right of passage, start with "loose" in your size, after six months or more of committed training, it should feel fitted, then wear the "fitted", when that feels compressed, then you are there. Put away your phone, take off that stupid ball cap, don't worry about your sneakers getting dirty, crop in your noise cancelation earphones and get into the zone, there is no one there but you...
