Omg I didn't expect this today 🥰 I'm happy that you reacted to this because it has a lot of beat coin moments (One of the highlights of 2023 for Hottest) 😍 About the Nichkhun scenes, I came across with those on Twitter and it was such a jumpscare lmao I can't imagine the members faces when they watched it 💀
Also at 42:45 you were spot on about the Taecyeon situation, that's exactly what he explained in the interview. 2PM faces were everywhere, they had a lot of cfs and were working with many brands, so they were afraid that if he played an evil character,he could get hate and that would affect the group's image also. Same with Junho, he only played an evil character once (but Koreans loved him because he still had a funny and cute side, and he had a redemption at the end of the show), so I guess that's why JYPE didn't have a problem with that 🧐 Taec even said he kinda agreed with the company and at the time he understood where they were coming from.

Khun's movie was premiered on a few countries and we heard some comments from hottests about how shocking it was but no one was ready when that scene leaked, hottest twitter was on shambles, it was chaos, thinking about it still makes me smile, lol
Even those who know him from being 2nd gen era K-pop fans were so shook because he was the "face" of that era 😂

That Jun.K shirtless performance was his most recent comeback if I'm not mistaken. He refused to take his shirt off during the 15th anniversary concerts in Sep/Oct so maybe this was "compensation"? 😂
The boys are at the point on their careers where they can pretty much do what they want and when they want. Back then they were one of the top groups and on ads and variety programs so the negative image and typecasting was really a legitimate concern. If Taec was banned from villainous roles, likewise Nichkhun wouldn't have been allowed to play a rich spoilt brat playboy in an R-rated movie.
Interestingly every time they get asked about whether they comment on each other's work or give advice, they just say that they appreciate whatever the other member has done and support whatever he is doing. No advice, only support and encourage each other unconditionally.

Oh man I’m so excited you guys reacted to this! I’ve been looking forward to your reactions since this video was posted. I’m extra glad y’all got to see some Beat Coin clips! Wooyoung was incredible on it, and the whole casts’ chemistry was off the charts. If y’all do get the chance, there’s a couple episodes with 2PM as a group and then an episode (maybe 2?) with just Taec! The cast of Beat Coin also released a song (with an MV!) called Unbalance that is a bop and a half. Unfortunately, Beat Coin had its final episode a few weeks ago, but that does mean there’s a finite amount to catch up on!
As always, really appreciated hearing y’all’s thoughts at the end of the video, especially on Taec and acting. For as much as 2pm doesn’t conform to typical idol image standards, I think you’re right that they were concerned a villain role might impact him and the group negatively. I’m just glad that’s over with and we can see him spreading his acting wings! Vincenzo is actually the reason I got into 2pm in the first place, so I’m super grateful for that.
