That screaming guy is Mercenary Tao. He's from the original Dragon Ball, before Tambourine and King Piccolo and all that. He was defeated by KID Goku, so of course seeing ADULT Goku, he would react as such.
He met Gohan once and went "Nope." and then ran away.

The line "is your husband (Goku) a magician?" Was actually in the original movie
The cyborg guy was Mercenary Tao from the original Dragon Ball, he was Goku's first serious enemy that nearly killed him, then Goku kicked a grenade in his face and, ever since, he's been utterly terrified of him.
Watch this again with the subtitles on. Trust me.

And by the way, King Kai is North Kai. There are four Kai's that oversee different quadrants of the living realm. Then of course you have the Grand Kai that oversees them, and so on and so forth (but thats all thats relevant to DBZA at the moment)

To fully understand this movie you have to know that there are many fanboys of Broly and some who hate him (including TFS) and Vegeta is acting like one of the fanboys. You should put on the captions, they are hilarious.

Yo curtis they are four galaxie south,north,west and east. The king kai you know is from the north galaxie and the person he was speaking to was south kai.

If you dont know about the Kais, Theres a lots of them. The 4 kais from North, West, East and south galaxies. Then The Grand Kai above them. Then the Supreme Kai and their counter part like KaioShin and Beerus The God of Destruction.

The guy who was screaming was Mercenary Tao, a former enemy of Goku back in the original Dragon Ball.
The reason for the screaming might be from the PTSD that Goku gave him early in the series

Goku's hobbies in the actual movie are suppose to be Reading and Sports....and apparently Goku was talking out loud to King Kai and the interviewers or Chi-Chi didn't notice at all.
If Broly wasn't so angry, him and Goku would be great friends.
Just as a reminder. The guy talking to King Kai at the very beginning is South Kai. You actually saw a little bit of him in the Fat Gogeta clip he was the tall pink guy watching Fat Gogeta fight Janemba (The red guy) He rules the southern portion of the Universe so he's called South Kai while King Kai rules the Northern version of the universe, so technically he's North Kai. There is also an East Kai and a West Kai who were also in that Fat Gogeta clip.

Everyone leaving a comment saying that they uploaded this after the full movie was released, they are aware. If you notice when they pause the video, it is a half hour long, as long as the full movie is. They can't do the reaction in its entirety because of time and that their Internet can't handle it.
