This story is a nice little one. The ending makes it seems like there's gonna be a part 2, and i would be happy see that happen. Great job.
A cute story. It’s not so often Skarloey gets scolded. But the Thin Controller is right, they all should have known better. I understand getting the job done quicker but on a railway, safety always comes first.
I mean, the idea was kinda sound, it was essentially just a gravity yard, but the wharf isn't designed like an actual gravity yard (or a hump yard, which is a similar thing) and thus neither the track or the trucks themselves are not designed to handle such usage.

finally someone is adapting these narrow gauge stories. they are a good read, but visuals are always better. keep up the great work.

That was a great story. It was nice to see Peter Sam tell a story for a change. Skarloey's idea wasa. Good one, but a shame it wasn't executed properly.

Why is the RWS wharf a different location in this TVS style story?
This wharf is modelled off of the wharf on The Talyllyn Railway, which makes a lot sense, when you think about it.
@@ciarangleeson2880 Yeah, but why is it a different location to the sheds we see in series 4? The wharf in the books is supposed to be right by the mainline Crovan's gate station
