Anyone who hates on Tua is just b/c they hate Alabama. You can't hate the guy for the jersey he wears; what he is doing on the field is incredible. Every good QB this year has great receivers and NFL talent, it's not his fault he just happens to throw better to his guys then the other guys do. :P

@@nikz9735 Trevor Lawrence has NFL talent all around him this season and his numbers are not good... there's something to be said for Tua's accuracy and ability. Don't knock him b/c he plays with good players; Russel wilson wasn't even that great in college- and he's excelled in the NFL. Just imagine how great Tua can be in the NFL; assuming the Dolphins don't ruin him.

I got to tua then Jake Fromm then Trevor Lawrence. Jake constantly has games where he goes 17 of 18 with 3-4 tds, no interceptions the dude is a game manager but he's extremely accurate and extremely smart.

Tua is amazing. He has Steve Young qualities, not really close as talented as Young, but the left hand, the arm talent, and mobile. And with that has Brees, Warner potential in the NFL with his deadly accuracy.

They're both about the same size and athletic so they play very similarly. They're both good scramblers that can extend plays with their legs while still looking downfield to throw, they're both very accurate, and they both throw a beautiful deep ball. Russell Wilson is a little more athletic than Tua, but he's by far Tua's closest NFL comparison. It's not a lazy comparison at all
@@santiagoruvira4827 Wow you've described Carson Wentz, Dak Prescott, Ben Roethlisberger, Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes. Russell Wilson is listed at about 5'11 and Tua is listed at 6'1. Tua is nowhere near the athlete Russell Wilson is and he is nowhere near Russell Wilson in extending plays and working outside the structure of an Offense. That's not his game. And I'm sick of people making comparison just of there build instead of how they actually play. Tua is rhythm based passer making the proper thows in time with his receivers. slants, screens etc and he has some talented receivers that buff his numbers. When that timing gets disrupted by let's say a strong pass rush he struggles where as Wilson excels That's why his numbers against top defenses drop quite noticeably. Hes been benched twice last year in big games. He doesn't push the ball downfield unless his receivers are wide open. A closer comparison is Baker Mayfield but for me it's a Mayfield Mariota mix.

@@T3rminata His numbers dropped not because he's bad against a pass rush, it's because he was injured and had trouble avoiding a pass rush because his mobility was affected. That's why Hurts was able to have success against Georgia, he could escape the pocket and wait for recievers to come open. When he's healthy, he's actually got very good pocket presence and is good at escaping it while still keeping his eyes down field.

Jeffrey Simmons, Montez Sweat they had NFL guys. Nat championship aswell he didn't look that impressive. He has outstanding pocket presence I never said that was bad he has great feet and sound fundamentals. But the lazy comparison was Wilson. Who is elite and one of the best ever at scrambling and extending plays when things break down working outside the structure of an offense. It's just not his game he can do it but hes not amazing at it. When hes at the next level hes not doing it like Wilson, Jackson or Wentz. To me a Mariota-Mayfield mix works because it's a combination of their athleticism aswell. Even a young big ben when he wasn't nearly as big. And had a little quickness to him. Obviously Tua is more athletic but that way.

Compare the Q score of a top college QB to the Q score of one of his offensive lineman. The QB needs the oline and other players to be successful. What is the Q score of a female gymnast vs a top college QB at the same school? How will this be affected by Title IX?
I think Auburn is too low. We will find out tomorrow. I think Bama, LSU and Oklahoma are all similar and should probably be back to back but where is Georgia - ahead of them or behind them? Georgia clearly has the best defense of the four but the four have better offenses. Normally, defense impresses me more than offense but there is a point where a high powered offense can compensate. In this case, I just don't know - need more games to be played!
