These “normal people” episodes are honestly funnier and more interesting than 95% of comedians or actors.
''Comedians''
I think it's because they're all "friends" or end up working together so they appear on each other's podcast as a way of networking (even though they'll never admit that)
More people relate and they have a lifetime of untold stories.
Plot twist celebrities are normal people too

I would watch that religiously
As a plumber myself, this is freaking hilarious and I have a respect for theo for bringing on the working class and spreading information
Has somebody offered you to pay the other way (you know what I mean) till date??
this never happens, generally people just want their plumbing fixed. Customers are usually aware what its going to cost and they know the plumber wont eat the cost of the repair. as a plumber you must be professional or it could bite you in the ass. NO CALLBACKS NO LAWSUITS.

Almost universally, "normal" people are vastly more interesting than famous people. This was definitive proof.
Agreed
oy vey delleeet this
I mean this makes sense.. But the phrasing gives me such pretentious vibes
@@coliimusic "This was definitive proof."
I don't think this is definite proof at all mr. scientist. There are other factors that play a role though, most likely you've heard some celebrity before and unless they're a comedian who's working on new material and stuff, it's difficult to stay interesting. That goes for anybody pretty much. Have a celebrity repeatedly on a podcast and eventually it will get boring, similarly, invite this plumber 10 times and it will become stale as well.
This dude takes so much pride in saving the day and being a plumbing hero to people. It’s cool to see people into whatever it is they do like really passionate.
It's not passion it's pride in himself. He even said it himself he joined for the money just because he's a decent human doesn't mean he's passionate about cleaning shit..

Milkyway91 Idk if that’s true. I mean most if not all of Theo’s guests (barring a few like Amanda K) are comedians, and comedians are some of the most interesting folk in the world (compared to actors and other kinds of celebs). This dude was definitely worth a listen but 90% is too big a compliment imo. Dunno what the right percentage is...perhaps it shouldn’t be judged this way at all. All in all a dope guest in a long line of dope Theo podcasts
Outplayedx you high or just a classic analytical conversationalist?
He's definitely more relatable
I’m a plumber in Texas “ license journeyman”
And I always wanted Theo and the other podcaster to have Plumbers on because the whole community can really hold a conversation because all we do is talk to people all day long did you have to have a pretty good sense of humor when you’re working around shit all day

Theo looks like he owns the last library in Reno
But it's almost entirely romance novels and comic books...
...and whatever is back behind the curtained off section in a back corner upstairs which is blocked by an impenetrable wall of boxes and damaged, foreign romance novels.
It's a dilapidated, old pioneer home, turned whore house, later named, "The Chicken Coop," condemnable just because of the mold, but registered as an historic building, so despite the city's best efforts to, they can't demolish it. They started to once, but with neighborhood onlookers about, were forced to halt, as all who came to surround, heard an erumpent squealing, a rising commotion like a megaloud dog whistle, from inside which tale tells were the objections of Barff, but legend now has it, was actually the terrified pleas of an army of thousands of rats and G. pigs which quickly organized the cacophony in response to the threat.
Since that day, nobody has seen Barff anywhere else, nor witnessed him leave the premises.
