The total amount of concessional loans from the Asian Development Bank is approximately US $ 24.89 million.
Provincial Road No. 312 is an important strategic route through four communes in Preah Sdach District, Prey Veng Province, including: Lvea Commune, Chey Kampok Commune, Angkor Reach Commune and Banteay Chakrei Commune. This road line is connected to National Road No. 1, Provincial Road No. 312A and the border ring road, which connects the urban area to the border area (Cambodia-Vietnam).
