Mummy dark ride would be a great candidate for a reskin, using the same track. How about a Raptor Exhibit, turned rouge when the raptors escape chasing you 😮
So, I initially was thinking the blue pipes were for drainage because of the green marks on the dirt which are code for sewage/drainage. Those green marks are exactly where they placed that lower trench box. However, I was just reading that blue pipes are for potable water. Green pipes would be used for sewage (makes sense now that they would be the same color as the paint marks). So, now I'm wondering what the water lines are going to be used for.
Well, Universal will always keep doing what they do best... drench their guests with water on every chance they get!

Only if you could be a fly on the wall of USH war room! Perhaps further expansion of that location is impossible given the complexities for noise restrictions and the influences by the surrounding residents on the city. The Florida model maybe be the viable option for Universal in Southern California! Build a theme park some place else in the region. For example the Puente Hills Mall is 75% vacant of retail tenants. Redevelopment of that space or another empty shopping mall provides an opportunity for NBC Universal to expand their theme park franchise in this region. Thinking outside the box!

that’s a great idea! lots of parking space, it would be interesting to have a mall/theme park combo (similar to the mall of america). To my knowledge, we don’t have anything like that in CA

Honestly I really want Donkey Kong Country to come to Universal Studios Hollywood. I know you talked about different land exclusives, but some people just can’t afford a plane ticket to Orlando Florida and all the other expenses that come with it such as hotel, travel, etc. USH is only an hour away from where I live and it’s the only theme park I only go to nowadays, not even Disneyland because of its ridiculous admission prices.
i understand, but they want to turn their parks into travel destinations. if they all have the same rides, their investments wouldn’t make as much profit

@JPland21 we're definitely getting a donkey land. You're take on not getting it is dumb. Many people can't afford to go to Florida to see the donkey land and second. That's like saying we shouldn't get super Nintendo world because we already have on coming in Florida. Adding new lands and rides in theme parks are adding things that would make them money and right now. Super Nintendo world is makey so much money for universal which means we are definitely more super Nintendo world expansion in universal studio Hollywood
I also think it'd be more logical to expand the upper lot past Harry Potter and into the blue screen lake area next to supercharged it's a far larger area and it makes more sense than knocking down sounds stages that they still use because they rarely use that lake

I wish they would just buy the golf course. They could literally build a second park there. I know it's pretty impossible and far-fetched but it would be great

they should do another path way to go to lower lot so you can see the fast n furious coaster above you and lights following the coaster

I heard they are showing new merchandise for Fast and Furious. They're probably releasing it earlier because they don't want to wait that long for the ride to be completed.
yeah usually they bring merchandise a little bit before their new ride/lands opens

Fast and furious
One idea I have, is taking down the mummy, and bringing either a Shrek themed land or a Dreamworks Land. You would easily relocate all the dreamworks meet and greets from the upper lot in that land, as well as Donkey. That could also lead Dreamwork theater area to be turned into a version of Hagrid's. I would love to see a Shrek ride in the land themed to "I need a hero" from the 2nd movie, with Rise of the resistance level of technology!
Good idea, take down The Mummy and that little Transformers gift shop and change that whole area into Dreamworks land with HTTYD, Trolls, Shrek, Kung Fu Panda

@@dylangallardo2630 they could make room. You could demolish the entire dreamworks theater, waterworld, the restaurants and gift shops next to it, and take away some of the backstage area behind the hippogriff coaster
