You're a really effective instructor. As a n00b airbrusher, I appreciate how you organize and deliver your videos - helps build good technique and inspires confidence. Thank you!
My turn for a bit of a rant and to beat the drum for the Rob puts into these videos. So many times you see art videos and airbrush videos going on about which paint to use and which brush to buy etc with many of these suggestions costing a fortune. Rob is the only guy who actually helps and encourages beginners and thinks outside the box in terms of equipment and cost. At the end of the day you can buy all top end stuff but it’s all down to the “prick on the stick” and the way Rob sets out the learning curve is in my opinion the right way and the best way. Rant over👍
Hey there Rob thanks for your time with tuit mate. Handy tip: When using a brush to clean the ink cup, put some heat shrink on the metal ferrule of the brush, this stops scratching the crap out of the inside of the cup. (Be careful not to melt brush when applying the heat shrink) cheers mate 🇦🇺😎👍
Having teached in others fields, this is great stuff. On points advices and a manageable project for beginners.
I thought it was pretty cool. I like the tutorial and good job. I appreciate it specially looking at it. From our beginners point of view. It helped me understand a lot thank you.
Your welcome glad you liked it 👍 I am always here to help if you get stuck just drop me a message
Plastic coffee can lids work really well as reusable shields, too. Keep a few as they go
Wow of all the pictures in the world I did Mario & Luigi a few weeks ago for my granddaughter. Awesome work as always. Stay safe and mostly stay strong!
Great, great video Mukka.
Saludos amigo excelente trabajo y como siempre bien explicado ojalá también agas videos pintando sobre tela por favor
Pepa pig this morning super Mario this afternoon this shouts out midlife crisis mukka 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 seriously bro good vid you sure look after us new guys 👊👊👊
Your welcome mate 👍 if you pick something up from a video then my job is done 👍
Another great instructional video, you gave some great tips on how to use a shield, and how to fill in color after outlining. Thanks for sharing your expertise!
Thanks for another great video! I noticed that the number of views may not be high at the moment but I really appreciated the part about how to set up your colors and equipment. How many drops of what to get what color. I'm terrible at color matching in this video was much appreciated, especially for skin tones. I know I'm only one person, but I hope you'll keep up the good work!!!
Thank you glad you enjoyed it 👍 I'm not great on colours either but know enough to get the tones I am after thanks for the feedback and support with the channel
Great tutorial, maybe I have jumped in at the deep end, I try to do animals, I shall try the cartoons until I improve. Thank You.
Great tutorial video for beginners 🤘🏻
You got me curious about the FW acrylic inks and really hope if you could talk a little more about them sometime vs "traditional" airbrush paints;
-what are the pros and cons,
-what surfaces they are best fitted for (canvas/automobile etc),
-how you seal your work when you are done (if you use like createx 4050 or can you use 2k varnish from a can)...
Im using mostly createx illustration and are pretty happy with those colours but your projects with the FW look so crisp and nice and want to give it a try but want to learn a little more about them first. 🙂🎨
Super Mario ! 🎉
hi not even got my starter airbrush yet. love your stuff. really enjoy, have you any content on doing a perspex canopy on a fighter jet many thanks john h.
@@shjh1000 thank for the feedback appreciate that I've not done a canopy sorry
Killing it with this new way of making vids mate! Quality! Thanks for sharing! I see you are really loving the FW inks! 👊🏽👍🏽
Thank you Mr c 🙏 yes really like the fw inks at the moment they just work
Great Video thanks for all the effort you've put in really helpful
Your welcome thanks for watching and the feedback really appreciated it
Yesterday i said i was locking forward to this and you didn't disappoint! 😊
However, as I don't own an Ultra I don't know where it's settings are in relation to eachother. On my Infinity it has a adjuster screw on the rear with the values 1 thru 6, and can be turned through 720°. Starting at 6 you get full trigger pullback, and turning the screw twice to the second 1 stops any pullback of the trigger at all. So watching your video it looks like the Ultra's Base setting gives less trigger movement than 1. Am i right? It would be useful to us non-Ultra owners to know what these settings are in terms of trigger movement. Is Base 50%, 30%, or what?
Thanks for you help.
Great video want to see more of this i Wonder how long can you store mixed paint in a bottle
👍
I have some paints that are over a year old and still work fine 🙂 thank you for watching and the feedback
Amazing work, easy to follow tutorial thanks.. Quick question what stand do you use for your tablet, and where did you get it?

Hi, do you have the reference image uploaded somewhere?
Great tutorial and as a complete novice, I really appreciate it. Well, novice in terms of artwork. My usual field is scale models. However, I do not have the SOS spray cleaner, but do have carburettor cleaner. What are your thoughts? (I have used carb cleaner on my cheap non-brand airbrush with no ill effects, but not sure about using it on my new Infinity CR plus. )
The infinity will be fine as its solvent proof at the front end just be careful with the black washer on the nozzle at the front they can swell up if you use solvent
This awesome video how would you do the white gloves on the white background
You can thin out a very light grey paint the glove in with Shadows then go in with your white and bring the highlights out on top that would work
Thank you I was wondering how you was going to do that but the video ended
Another great instructional video, you gave some great tips on how to use shields, and on how to fill in color after outlining. Thanks for sharing your expertise!
Question: Can I run Nova acrylic paints thru my Iwata airbrush? If so; how thin do the acrylic paints have to be?
Hi never used them paints before if they are water based or solvent then yes the iwatas are fine with both
What sort of projector are you using?
Hi Mark it's this one

Love the step by step walkthrough for beginners. Think it helps a lot. My kid, who just started out, was excited by this video. It actually helped him a lot.
That's great news glad you enjoyed it 👍 thank you for watching
