I ran through aall of the games and I had the Steelers going 9-8 and missing the playoffs.
Whatever. The Steelers went 10-7 with the defense dragging the whole team to the finish line. The offense was a literal dumpster fire.
They will make the playoffs again. Their schedule is tough, but that just makes victory sweeter.

Russell Wilson also saw that schedule and thought “man even if I get benched, I have the opportunity to get unbenched”

As a ravens fan I think they’ll be good. They’ll win 6 or 7 of their first 9. Then if they just split the back half, which is reasonable, they’ll finish around 10-7
8-9 is reasonable but for anything better they have to beat either Kirk's falcons, Dallas, Indy, or sweep a better team in their division, none of which I find very likely tbh

I give them 6-3 at minimum. I think the Steelers manage to sweep the Ravens because of the defense. Eagles are an unknown because of changes to their O-line. Chiefs have a bad habit of losing weird games to teams they shouldn't (until the playoffs anyway). Not saying they'll win those two games just mentioning the question marks each of the teams outside of the North. Personally I also see the Steelers sweep the Browns because Watson simply isn't a good QB anymore. Of course this is all if the Steelers stay healthy.

No, the NFL is trying to strategically push Russ out of the league so he can’t break anymore records held by wyt3 QBs. People want to deny this but it’s true.
Russ made the mistake of revealing his plans to become an NFL owner. Ever since then, there has been a covert push from New York to find away to get him out!
It’s the reason the media has been disparaging Russ, promoting false narratives about his abilities, etc. this is all coming from somewhere high up in the league, and pressure is being put on the sports studios to take Russ down.

Don’t sleep on Russell Wilson, this offense is built for him to succeed. Heavy run game with big play opportunities. Russell still throws great moon balls and that defense is top 5, they’re going to find a way to win. They may even win the division.
They aren’t better then the ravens or bengals. Sorry third at best
6 of our last 8 games r divisional which is insane but also helps us massively. That means all out divisional games will be bad or poor weather games which will help us close the QB gap cuz bad weather affects the QB more than anyone.

Exactly! Russ isn’t pressed about any of those teams or QBs. If anything, they’re more scared of him. Playing against Russ is like going into brain surgery: you have to be perfect until the very end because anything can happen. That’s why nobody likes facing him, even when he’s on a bad squad like the Broncos.
I think Mahomes is straight-up scared of Russ because he hasn’t really played great against Russ since their very first meeting in 2018, a losing effort by the Chiefs, btw.
Russ straight-up schooled Mahomes. Everything Mahomes did, Russ one-upped him on purpose. Mahomes threw a side-arm TD. Russ threw a side-arm TD threading a needle…etc.
Russ is the only QB Mahomes knows isn’t afraid of him, and that makes Mahomes afraid. Plus, the one coach who always knew how to handle Mahomes never had an answer for Russ, and that was Bill Belichick, INT aside. It was caused by Ricardo Lockette so no SB49 jokes!

With Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow’s injury history it’s not a guarantee that both of them will still be playing at that juncture, that late into the season!
Also Pittsburgh owns Baltimore and it doesn’t Matter if ones undefeated and the other hasn’t won yet the one that hasn’t won may win the game. Also splitting with the bengals if definitely possible

We own Lamar and Massage Watson. Burrow is 3-2 against Pitt. Mahomes hasn’t played well and the Pitt defense is better, eagles have to actually show up. It’s a hard schedule but don’t act like it’s 0-8.

Frankly, none of those guys scare Russ. He has faced Mahomes 5 times in his career and outperformed him in 4 of those contests. Andy Reid literally has no answer for Russ, even when he is playing for a lousy squad like the Broncos. What do you expect to happen when Russ has a real squad? The Steelers are more likely to blaze through that so-called gauntlet than they are to fold, and Russ is going to love it!
But I disagree that Deshaun Watson is nothing to prepare for. He’s still talented af. His guilty conscience and lack injuries are in his way, not a lack of talent or skills.

Where we was as a team in the pass 7 years and in spite of everything (injuries, tail end of Big Ben’s career, oline retiring, etc) one thing we didn’t lack was coaching and winning football. The fact that all the division rivals are stacked in November and December is brutal. On top of that they have to turn around and do a Christmas game which is from a Sunday game against the Ravens to a Wednesday game against KC isn’t easy either.
