Probably different track listings for various markets. Here in New Zealand the CD i bought has Mothers Red Box, Willing Enabler, and Whispers and Potions as its Bonus Tracks. Took her a long time between album, so yes, here's hoping she turns out another album soon.

It's a Bonus track on a Deluxe Editions of the Album, along with 'Mother's Red Box', at least on the edition i bought.
