Your attention to detail is spot on, this video yet again disproves the antis who preach nonsense that vehicle chassis blasting wrecks the wiring looms! Not if its done properly, give me a nicely blasted chassis to respray anyday!
Them that can do and all that 😎👌👍
Enjoy seeing this work done!
Looking into getting a set up for myself!
Stay safe and busy man!
glad you enjoyed the content :) and good luck with your venture :) I wish you all the best
wowww i know nothing I didn't think you could sandblast vehicles. Proper satisfying watching that paint come off
Glad you enjoyed the content ☺ 💞
Well done, really clean blast while not hitting parts that don’t.
Thx 😊👍💞
Great job!
thx :)
Completely blew me away! Good job sir! P.s. got sand in my iPad, must have been watching too closely, lol
😂😂😂
Nice job , rain stopped play , 😂👍
hardest working man on youtube
Glad someone sees the efforts I'm putting in not just a full time job but quotes invoices ordering gear fixing van pipes etc and then onto the editing and uploading. 🙂 Good job a enjoy doing it and respect the fact people actually like watching my work makes it all worthwhile so thx for been a viewer 💞
Wonderful!! 😊
Well done Mick
Thx it's appreciated 👌
Hey Mick, your knocking out the jobs regular, but everyone is addictive to watch. I think you have a portable media pot as used for oil rigs and ships hooked up to a trailer compressor, lovely set up.
Well its my own build blast pot hooked up to a fair size mobile air compressor 👌 it's all I've done for the past 12 or so years 5 and 6 days aweek 💞 🦸🏼♂️
Am hear to make a mess not mess about 😂
Sandblasting has go to be the most satisfying things to watch!
Only recently started watching and I'm astounded. Love your magic pen colouring this truck in grey. I want to do this as a business. No mobile house blasting for me but vehicles I can do after I learn more. Thank you Mick
😂 why not houses? And welcome to the party
@@Mobileblaster too much hassle getting them to the yard and if I was up a ladder I'd blow myself off it. I have learned start at the bottom so not blasting through shit and nice touch going the extra mile for the customer and leaving it cleaner than when it was first built. I got a little 8 bar compressor and gun so going to try some alloy wheels with kiln dried sand I think. Not sure box was heavy though
@@leofeaver3035 oh please don't use kiln dry sand its got free sillica in it and very harmful to you and others around you its been banned in the UK since the 70s
It is actually proper shot blast stuff just loads of it fell out when I picked it up and looks like it so guess it'll be ok. Slowly slowly
2 things,1.use garnet, little bit more expensive but can use afew time over wen recycled.2mak what doesn't need blasting
Fantastic work and epic choice of background music
That must be the 1st time someone has commented saying they like the music 😂😂😂💞
@@Mobileblaster more Dub Techno is what I say lol
Great video congratulations
Thx glad you enjoyed it please have a snoop through my other videos 😊💞
Nice work...
Thx it's appreciated 👍💞
Very nice work my friend
Thankyou 👍
Awesome work. keep find ones at seen
Best thing to do is click on my logo come to channel and filter from most popular or most recent 😀 👍
Thank you
Nice...👍.
Part 2 just uploading got it done before the rain 🌧👌
Hey Mick. Just joined your channel yesterday after watching you do a house window lintels. Very satisfying to watch. Is there a video of your set up? Compressor etc?
Glad you enjoyed the content 👌 no video of my setup just yet I will do one soon as my build pot gets some sort of protection 👍
👍💯
I need that sand blaster!! All these cheaper at home blasters would take days to do my truck
With plenty of wind behind it should do the job as good as any other :)
@@Mobileblaster do you think if i get a harbor freight one but get a good gun it will do the job good?
@@Daniel_BDB it all depends on how much cfm you have to play about with
見ていて気持ちがいい👍💫🇯🇵
Not sure what this says but I can only imagine your from a place far away haha hope you enjoy
@@MobileblasterThank you for your reply , great job
@@hanag2278 your welcome 💞 glad you enjoyed it 👌
Just noticed the bubble right there by the deadman haha, never used one myself but I’ve had plenty of hoses pop on me right about where it angles when your holding it lol.
Haha yeah I was keeping a close eye onit 😊 I've a video were the pipe pops one of the steel shot videos 👍
@@Mobileblaster you guys do really clean job, but do they require you to like white metal blast it? because we do semis and old school car sometimes, but we usually just sweep them like 50/50 the cars metal will warp if you blast one spot too much, but never got complaints about the paint not sticking, just seems a little bit of overkill to use sand getting every little nut and bolt, I mean you’ll have a way better anchor profile for the paint to stick, but just doesn’t seem really efficient unless it’s rigs or parts that are gonna be going offshore into the ocean.
@@AylerProductions On this job that's the finish I just happened to get most to all tractor units come this clean any less and its a miss in my book. My goal is to prep the serface so so the painter can get onit after me with very little to no further preparation. On grab wagons etc I tend to get millscale my opinion on this is if it needed to be removed why is it on when I get to it unless I'm blasting new steel and the job sheet specs that. Same again leaving paint rust or any other foreign particles is a miss and not doing the job I've been asked todo. Yeah sometimes I get asked for speed over quality that case I still try and hit everything but not as deep a clean 👍
@@Mobileblaster yeah any paint or rust is a definite no no gotta get all that stuff off, get close on the tough spots and make it look even all around but we get a lot of people wanting something done real quick and not a lot of business wanna pay for a perfect job because they understand it’s not really necessary for something that’s going right into the field, I mean the painter is still gonna have to sand it and blow it off, still gonna have the same amount of work to do once it’s blasted, and mask the tires and cover the cab, just seems longer for the same results to me but to each his own I suppose, maybe it’s going to a truck show who knows, we’ve gotten those before lol
@@AylerProductions have a snoop through my other heavy plant playlists I have quite a few wagons trucks on them I don't always get the near white finish. On some jobs tho by the time I brake through the paint the steel is white so a decent result 😀 other jobs not so good to do 😂 its like you say its knowing the customer and what they expect. Obviously more work puts costs onto something that's going straight back to work or back out on hire
I like
Thx it's appreciated 👌💞
Круто 👍
😎👌👍
Коллега -работа выполнена👍💪🔥, оборудование работает хорошо! По всей видимости осушитель установлен,конденсат не мешает работе.какая производительность у компрессора? И какой фракцией песка пользуешься?
This was done with a 260cfm and I believe crushed glass👍
Great work! How do you clean up the ground after of all the paint and media?
I have a astro turf brush (powered brush) but on this job the customer was dealing with the clean up 👌
@@Mobileblaster Nice, and thanks for the info!
Awesome work. Just 1 question, how do you prevent the flash rust?
Get it in for paint 😂 soon as I'm done it was going in the booth 👍
Great videos mick just earned a sub from me. I know you are local and reckon you are the man to ask , I need a motorcycle frame blasting and powder coating so any recommendations where to take it please ? Thanks and great work !!
Thx it's appreciated 💞 Yeah I know of a few places that can blast and powder coat a frame no problem my uncle owns R&G global coatings at Barnsley they can take care of that no problem 👍
@@Mobileblaster Thanks Mick will check that out tomorrow
Awesome work! But may I ask you sir, how do you prevent rusting from forming overnight on the newly sandblasted parts?
This 1 got put in the spray booth after I was done 👍
Hi mick love your videos. What cfm compressor do you use
Thank Q and its a Doosan 260cfm 7/71👍
what length hose do you recommend ? 50' or 100' or something else
Job dependent ideally as short as possible.

The body shop own this land and they was happy for me to leave the site as is. They take care of the clean up. All this land is used for is over fill car park when the shop parking is high. So not an issues leaving waste to rot away into the soil. It won't harm the grass.
Will sandblasting eat the electrical harness or any of the joints/bolts rubber parts?
Depends on the person doing the work. Many ways to get similar results. I can blast without causing damage to said items but I've also got alot of years under the hood and made every possible error it all depends on how to adapt and overcome these issues 👍 blasting as an industry gets a bad name from the poor operator but plenty of guys know how to do it properly 👌
So what happens with the bits you can't get to because nothing has been removed
Painted over 😵 job sheet on this was to blast the face's everything you can see as it roles down the road at 30mph
Please don't take it as a bad job because the price difference in a full refurbishment to a make it look like a new truck at 30mph I'm sure 99% of people would choose this job 😀 like anything it's not that I cannot do it the money just simply isn't in the job sometimes. I give as much as possible in the price they want to pay. 👍💞
What compressor/machine did you use for this job? What is pressure needed and how many CFM?
260cfm @125 psi but I've since bought a 425cfm @125psi
Blasting can be done with any cfm and any psi although 100psi is that goal
What air pressure do you use for that work?
on this job a mix from 70 to 100 psi

Part 2 tomorrow buddy if rain holds off that is. We had thunder storms today 😬 just got it inside as thunder was upon us
How much kg of sand used for this please? And what type of sand blaster is this? Thank you
I cannot remember off the top of my head but if I was to do another I would load the van with 30x 25kgs on the hopes to use 15/20. Not sure if it was my own build or a clemco 20/40 or even a soda pot totally cannot remember sorry

Hi unfortunately im not setting anyone on at the moment
what type of sandblaster do you use?
Presure pot 👍
Whats the price for a job like this?

Good morning how are you brother I know this work please give me a business for this work I have been doing this work for seven years
Please don't copy paste comments I try to reply to everyone and I've answered this same question 👍
what psi did u run?
Just enough not to use gloves
What kind of media are you using ?
Crushed glass fine plus 👍
Does it tear up air lines ?
@@chrisbertrand3989 it can do but a little practice with flow distance its doable to go over wires and pipes without damage 👍
je peux donc faire comment alors
Not sure I understand what your saying
when you talk i can understand anything with that noise😁😁 sorry but..
Yeah on these earlier videos I wasn't using a mic its not much better now but a little 😊👌💞
@@Mobileblaster you better add the voice over track when you make the video editing 😉 nice video anyway.. how much cost a similar work?
@@AsitShouldBe it puts me out of my comfort zone talking after it's happened 😂 thx it's appreciated 😊 I also don't talk about how I price jobs or how much something cost I can almost guarantee it's not as much as some think tho. 1 company/youtuber the sell the light green pots on a trailer not to mention any names will boast about how much you can earn blasting that may be true for possibly 1 job a year but to be in work on a daily basis pricing needs to be affordable. I take all costs and add what I want per hour I know how long most to all jobs will take me and how much it will cost me I then add my labour that's how I price things nothing near what that other youtuber makes out 👌
@@Mobileblaster i understand, no problem, but i suggest you get paid, the work is hard and expensive, it deserves proper prices, bye buddy!
To me that a wast of time need take everything off
I can only do what was asked of me. Job sheet said blast the face's I exceeded this and the customer was more than happy 👌
Why are you too lazy to remove the akamulators, the wheels were not removed, it was possible to partially disassemble, well, and can be seen by the old green paint on the hoses without disassembling all the paint
Not on the job sheet pal I only do what I've been told to 👍 I don't get involved in taking anything off that's down to the body shop I'm no wagon expert I sandblast haha 👍
@@Mobileblaster Aaa understood everything sorry
If I want to listen to crappy music I'll go to a crappy music channel. It's your video, Mick and you can put what you like on it. But the added noise? Not for me.
I filmed this 1 in time laps that takes the sound off the video I've since learnt not to do this 😂 always learning pal 👌 I've also found out how to reduce the music so it's a background thing 😀. It's a very small library to pick from what music I'm aloud to use with youtubes copyright policies 🙄 thx for the feedback 👌💞
