I'm pretty sure the law states that the minimum distance from the lake/ River / Creek to the property line is about 6 ft from the bank and nobody owns lakes rivers or ponds basically from the shoreline bad about 6 ft that is public property cuz you do not own body of water

They should know that they may own the property but the water is like roads so many feet on either side is fair game I can't even cut the trees right by my stream because the of the water so the Karen's are misinformed I believe 😂

I know in KY you'd be trespassing in the 1st video. Not sure where it's taken, different property laws for different states. If you are in the right.. i think a good idea is to maybe have the property law printed out on paper with the law code number and show it to the Karens. Maybe give them a copy 😂

The owner owns the land under the water. If you were in a kayak floating, you are ok. But you are standing on land.

Depends on where the property lines are. The other bank was marked as game lands

Depends on state . PA the waterbed is owned by state , NOT PROPERTY OWNER . Therefore float or wading is legal for the fisherman . Harassing a fisherman or hunter is federally illegal as well .
