The depression angle that Chris took to get his point across of the disrespect was 🔥 cuz Joe is an advocate for mental health. Anybody who listened to his tapes, knows he’s talked about suicide and depression. That’s Joe’s problem, he’s TOO unfiltered and TOO insensitive. He was misinformed on that whole segment about Chris. But when the shoes on the other foot, he’s gets in his feelings. He’ll respond to this video on next week’s podcast and he’ll paint a different narrative to downplay Chris again as if Chris’s feelings weren’t validated. He’s in no position to pass judgement given his controversies from women, drugs etc.

I really like how everyone in the room let him say how he felt and allowed him to be vulnerable. Years ago men were taught to hold their feelings in and don't express yourself because if you did, you'd be deemed as weak,.which is actually the opposite. This is really a good show for black men that tell their truths and how life actually is, unlike Vlad, who always instigate drama to get his views up

Man even back in the day I looked at Hurricane Chris as a meme and wasn't a huge fan of his music, but every time I listen to him in interviews and conversations, he's always kept it 100 and respectful. He's about his business and doesn't do all the clout chasing. Nowadays I have nothing but respect for him🙌
