I like MK9 because it made MK playable. I kinda played pre MK9 MKs just ironically (Shaolin Monks was awesome tho). MKX upwards refined the gameplay.

I didn't know the beta version for mortal kombat 1 had klassic tower yet. I thought it would just be 2v2
The game looks really good, but i don't liked the Kameo System at all, is goofy as hell.
Same. Ruined it for me too. I think Marvel vs Capcom had the same type of lame system

I’m sure there will be an option to turn it off and it might not even be a thing in competitive play.

This might be the one that tops 9 as my favorite. I like the other games that followed but the variant clothing system killed those games for me

It would be cool if it was different every ladder. One of the intro dialogue mentions Kano being the keeper of time in their universe so it would be cool to see different time keepers as bosses
