I just bought the 3927 toy hauler made in "2021" in Jan. this year. I have 8000 miles on it and it is a shame. When I left the dealership in Florida and headed back to Utah, suddenly I hear a horrible banging, I could not location the issue until I stopped for the night, The plastic slider that holds the bedroom door was half assed installed in the 1/8 inch thick paneling, which pulled out as I drove, go figure. The ignition stopped working and I had to reach under the dash and hold it while I turned the key. The front guides for the privacy screen are loose and make a very loud squeaking, I had to put door stops under each side to quiet it and it is coming apart, made in china like most of the crap in the unit . The emergency flashers don't work, and the driver’s seat will not rotate. All this crap and there is a ton more had to be repaired, some has been fixed. I got back home and ripped the paneling out of the bedroom and put a 2x4 in the wall and secured the slide to it, yeah and the banging won't happen again. Filth and debris were left inside and under the master bed, which keeps malfunctioning and I will be discussing this with Newmar and hopefully with the CEO that could care less about quality and what I can see is that quality is unknown period! You can tell these people absolutely do not care. This unit was left outdoors for at least 6 months because the hood release cable was so rusted, once I finally got the hood open, I had to inject lubricant into the wire shaft until it released. "They" will tell you they care, sorry they don't! If you are buying any model, go over every inch with a notebook and magnifying glass. Yeah I'm pissed and when this BS is settled, I am going to take a loss but will be selling it, cheap! These manufacturers only care about get'n paid and get'n laid, WE DON'T MATTER, money and honey is their god. Oh being a painter and an F22 coatings specialist, the clear coating on the paint is gel-coat, ah why? Cheaper and it stains very bad. I am going to sand it off and reapply urethane clear. $275K yep bent over.
