It is worth noting that ablution is during prayer, which is a crucial part of prayer itself.

Clearing the mind is essential because our minds are often cluttered with desires, hopes, and misconceptions, and in pursuit of these desires, we waste our time and become distressed. Our Islam gets affected, either by others deceiving us or by us falling into deception. Therefore, clarity is crucial.
It is essential to recognize ourselves, understand our book (the Quran), and comprehend what nature has written for us. Stay rooted in understanding, clarity, and perseverance. WUZU for SALAT is necessary because prayer is the root of connection. Before or between Salat, what the Quran has instructed regarding purification should be followed. If you are standing (take initiative) for Salat, then later you must perform a full ablution.
What is meant by purification? It is the attention to your face, the focus, the intention, whether you are staying focused or not, the meaning of your hands, what your hands are capable of accomplishing, whether they are your tools or not, whether they are your friends or just instruments for a specific time. And whatever needs to be done, do it with your own will, meaning, your own essence. When a person bears the burden of his thoughts, desires, and intentions, then all these things become very important. These are essential for a person to live in peace and tranquillity within Islam; otherwise, he may face difficulties and distress. Clarity is essential.
