The fact is pixel is going to implement the apple's optimization... It will take time to do that with that custom chip.. I owe pixel 7 and it is very very buttery smooth but yes it needs a lot of improvements let's wait for the 8 series.

I was using galaxy a70 still working great after that I thought of shifting to other brands and I was confused between iPhone 13 pro vs s22ultra finally again I bought Samsung and was happy with the s22 ultra superb phone
There was some problem in recent HDFC Bank update, it got crashed 100 times in my Samsung S20 FE 5G even though I was not using it (exactly same as the video).
Same on my Motorola..
5:31 The issue you told is from the software side of Android 13. I've used multiple Android 13 AOSP ROMs and this random app crash issue was present in almost every one of them. Also my was freezing randomly and sometimes fingerprint scanner just stops working
Bhai like honestly I felt you re more on support of samsung but pixel ka magic uska software hai usse better camera hardware was never pixel s strong i have. A pixel 7 and 2 updates since buying it holds up really good better than s22 any day 🙌

I respect your opinion on the phone, but at 9:25, how are you finding the Galaxy S22's photo better? On the Galaxy S22 photo, you can the see the skin tone is not right, the face is smoothened, the sun is blown, but on the Pixel 7's photo, the skin tone is accurate, the details of the skin is kept and the sun is not blown out. Same is the case with 10:25, 10:30 and 10:38 also, the details on the clothes are kept. I agree that the potrait blur is not very good. I hope you review the photos.
I think he meant to say that in portrait its almost unusable so what's the use of getting portrait mode in pixel plus I have seen in portrait photos many youtubers prefer saturated skin colours, it enhances the look, so probably that's the case.
Most people find Samsung's photo eye pleasing. But Google's colour, white balance, and skin tone is better. In certain scenarios it looks better than the iPhone's. Apple adds slight yellowness to the skin tone.

Facing the same issue regarding the HDFC Bank app on moto edge 30 ultra 🤔 i guess it's the app issue
I've also faced same issues of idle drain on my Pixel 6a, after a lot of research i found Wifi and Mobile data also consumes battery when phone is in idle stage, when you turn off wifi and mobile data at night you will see idle drain of 2-3%.( I think modem consumes more battery as compared to other modem)
*Sanchit, pls make a video on how Xiaomi is cheating it's customer by sending buggy updates everytime. I'm using Redmi note 10s and after Miui 13 update, CZcams freezes, Instagram Freezes, camera got worse, bad calling experience and many more bugs. I went to Xiaomi to get my version downgraded to previous version and they denied to downgrade. Now I don't have any other option and have to sell my device because it does not work like a smartphone anymore*
I have used the pixel 7 for more than 15 days and i have faced only two issues so far i.e battery drain on sleep
and fingerprint unlock.

But really the animations are well sorted for 90hz i compared it with my oneplus 7T display and when i played CZcams or opened it the animations on the pixel 7 makes it look butter smooth. I think apps are still not optimised on a13 so others are facing issues like crashing and it's also uses x64 apps. Some of the features are missing compared to the us one's.

I understand that It is your experience, but you should have evaluated the consensus of reviews going around for this phone. Very contrast from what you posted. All these issues were indeed fixed, or only some on your end. I use this phone myself and I never faced these issues. This phone is definitely worth the money and deserves a second review IMO.
I want to buy this too, it really fits well into my budget with an added discount from flipkart, as s22 and other similar phones are too costly for me 🥺.
Please give me an update whether these issues are fixed after updates and whether I should get it if I plan to use if for next 3 years 🥺

The main issue with pixel phones is their processor, while competition is mainly using 4nm chip, they are still using 5nm chip, apple's a17 will be a 3nm chip next year for godsake. Why can't google use snapdragon instead ?? They should seriously consider snapdragon 8 gen 2 chip for 8 model.
You need to update this video ASAP, as a lot of people might be influenced into not buying the Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro. All the issues that you mentioned here, every single one of them, has been fixed via multiple updates. So if anyone decides not to buy the Google Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro, they would seriously be missing out on the best camera smartphone in the world right now. Yes, even the iPhone 14 Pro Max cannot match up to the Pixel 7 Pro.

Sir, I am having pixel 7 and getting weird problem . My phone incoming and outgoing call get disconnected after 2-3 seconds and need to restart the phone everytime . I am using Vodafone carrier in Bangalore. It would be really helpful if you can check with your team or other users also facing same issue on Vodafone network

Very true, I have faced so many bugs in the phone. Especially the fingerprint sensor is really shit. Other bugs are like, alarm volume problems, freezing issues, many multiplayer games don't start, camera takes long to click any photo (even in bright daylight). Also, the UI personally I would say is not that good. Apple OS or even Realme OS that I use are much better and more customizable. There are funny options in pixel UI which are really not usable or look too funky for my taste. Even the clock widgets on the main screen are not that customizable.

Good I didn't buy it. Screen freeze has happened on my 12k Realme phone too but seeing the same on a 55k pixel phone would have been a tougher pill to digest. Shelling out so much on a Pixel should guarantee a smoother experience. Google should focus on optimization.
Till then If I decide to switch I would opt Samsung over Pixel.

I have 6A and s22 both and tbh, pixel 6a's battery backup is much better than s22 and overall experience too is much better on pixel 6a...I regret going for s22 as my primary one.
HDFC crashes for me too on Realme GT 2, maybe it's HDFC's fault.

To everyone who's facing a heating issue on pixel 7, well I don't know if it's working for you or not but after disabling Google app from settings, it's really getting better battery performance and heating issues are much lower than before.

Good review but I beg to differ slightly. P7 has got better with nov update .. i m on beta version. Camera stutter has gone completely now but cinematic vid is a shame ..may be it's in beta testing mode that's why.
I compared its wide and ultra wide camera with s22 ultra.. keeping aside the telephoto cam of ultra, P7 destroys it in colour accuracy, texture, HDR, clarity and focus. But Ultras 3x and 10x are beyond comparison. They r best.
Even iPhone 13 lacks in comparison in wide, ultrawide and 2x pics with P7.
Portrait in P7 is just average. Both samsung and apple take the lead. Video is also better in Sam and apple.
However, face unblur, magic eraser and other useful modes keep the P7 ahead of others by a good margin.
Live translation is awesome and 99% accurate. Even translate mode comes in handy to translate in various languages in just less than second.
Amazed to have used such class AI. Super satisfied with P7.

I use Samsung M51, when i heard 91% at 10 am lasts till 2am only, i was like nah .. im used to 2 days use. Helps in traveling a lot, where gps can be used constantly for 12-14 hours easily

Google uses Samsung's FinFet fabrication in it's tensor G2 which creates problem.
If Google will use TSMC fabrication then the game will just reverse....
