Bhaiya instead of pulling the car with a winch, you can clean the snow with a shovel from behind the car that would be lot easier to pull out the stuck car. You can use winch as well it will have less strain on both the cars

You cant drive your own car to Ladakh in winters, roads to Ladakh are close, you can only take a flight and hire a local taxi there.

It is a complex car, and quite a pain to maintain, lots of systems including 4X4, EGR etc rely on vacuum and its a pain to diagnose and keep in top shape. Spare parts availability and availability of quality troubleshooting from Ford dealers is poor.
