Harbor is a team based agent which depends on other agents while neon is a duelist entry pusher, so clearly neon has an advantage.

Despite being Filipino, even I think Neon vs Harbor with unli abilities is kinda unfair to Harbor.
Why? because both Harbor's wave wall and line wall are next to useless specially when the Neons can also throw a lot of walls faster than Harbor can, added to this is his ult's weakness against Neon who can continuously move around while still shooting with her ult.
Only the orb is really useful as seen here but then they can still be countered by entering them which a Neon can easily do. The only method that they can be successful as seen here is by layering them, it's the reason why that one Harbor managed to even defuse.
Now let's look at Neon's advantages against Harbor. She has stuns that is just plain better at being spammable. As I also already mentioned, her speed+slide and her ult normally would make Harbor's ult less powerful. Her ult is also notoriously hard for low elo players to deal with and so with all that I actually don't blame the Harbors for losing.
I'm more surprised that the Neons are not winning more given their agent's advantages but then I realized that even the Riot devs acknowledged how hard it is to actually master Neon so I really shouldn't be surprised that low elo players cannot use her anywhere near her full potential.
And so in this match we see a fight between players using an agent that is countered by their enemy vs players using an agent who in theory should hold the advantage but because of their elo, cannot actually properly use.
Seeing this now, I actually would like to see a high elo version of this matchup with people who actually mains their respective agents. I know that's gonna be hard to do but I can hope now can't I?

The video concept is good... but people are going to get upset. Neon with her ult is just too good. and there is nothing to prevent her stuns as a harbor... It was a bit unbalanced but still Indian silvers played really well... and also Filipinos played good, they really took the advantage of infinite abilities
actually, the neon ult can be easily countered by killing them at a close range
@@nxlly.. Yah, but itâs kind of hard cause they are running... and they are faster in their ult than normal... they have slide... they can easily rng you and slide away. Even the stun spam is just too over powered (against a controller like harbor) if it was against jett, reyna, even raze it wouldâve been easier. Harbor players could have ult spammed but also it can be dodged. Imo egg should have categorised countries by what kind of agents they have... like duel against duel...

Hey guys I'm Revy1 from the Indian team. At the time i was pretty laggy and I really didn't know how to use Harbour. But I had fun and I had good teammates. AND for people who said my older brother helped me in the bind game My mom brought me food so I brought it to my room lol. I think i deserve plat in a normal match of valorant though I usually get smurfs in my games.
