I was active duty in the USCG for 25 years did two tours in Miami, my first tour right out of boot camp was on a 110 foot patrol boat out of Miami Beach, For 2.5 years all our patrols were in the Bahamas we did about 280 days a year underway. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I can t wait to go back kinda like what your doing in this video. My second tour was at the air station in Opa Locka as a rescue swimmer.

I lived in y’all’s area for 16yr and recently moved to Tennessee. Neve got a chance to make the crossing by boat. Still on my bucket list!! The envy I have right now is massive!!! Excellent video. Been to the Islands a few times . Beautiful places and even more beautiful people and really friendly. Best Caribbean meal I ever had was in a home with the restaurant in the living room where they would cook your catch for you. I had the house specialty which was seafood jambalaya. A spicy dish that had all kinds of seafood. The flavor was the best and not over bearing with the different flavors of seafood. This was on Eleuthera.

That queen snapper looked so cool with ur favorite sweater good color
Try kimchee base with mayo and vegetable. Mix it in a bowl and stuff the fish then wrap it with foil and cook. Chinese green beans, bok choy, green onions and grape tomatoes is good and Parrot fish is best to use for this recipe. Also leave alittle room for the foil to expand but wrap the edges tight so no air comes out. Shoot! I forgot salt and pepper the fish before you put the sauce all over.
I hope you enjoy it if you ever try it cause I know I do..

Just a suggestion, maybe you could get a portable butane stove or grill for your boat. That way, you can do catch, clean and cook on your boat. Especially when you're far from land or sand bars.
