This EX Kaido had very big potential to be very op in this game, but unfortunutaly he fell off very quickly and is very unusable, even tho he did cost around 2250 RDS at his first release.

Well, if you respwan with Kaido and every treasure is already charged, Kaido is useless, he can't do nothing. He can't do anything even if he is stacked as well neither. Blackbeard actually still can do some decent kills and doesn't rely that much on a flag
