They may not have won but they played a heck of a game. Refs were not on their side. Two of their starting lineman got ejected pretty early on. Endless penalties that were one sided. The coaches used 2 timeouts on punt returns because of the confusion with the guys that were ejected and needing to be replaced. We had an NFL ref sitting in the stands with us and he was shocked by the stupid calls and the boys being ejected.
Kini and team you left everything on that field. Keep your heads up and be proud of yourselves! You are still OIA champs!

As a kahuku fan i've enjoyed watching Kini play. He throws dot either in the pocket or on the run which is amazing.
He’s an Amazingly hard worker for sure. I’m so glad we get to watch him on island for another year!

Das Ok Kahuku Get To Maaaany OIA CHAMPIONSHIP WINS, 29 To Be Exact.. The KOA Is Da Main One..!😃 But For The Record It Was A Helmet to Helmet Hit..! We Also Had NFL Refs Sitting On Our Side, They Agreed That The Refs Made The Right Call..!😊
I’m just glad no one was seriously hurt. That guy walked off the field so he should be fine. Several of my friends kids play on the Kahuku side as well. I have mad respect for that team. Kini is my nephew so obviously my loyalty is with him and the team he plays for. Congrats on your teams numerous wins. We all rep Hawaii so no matter what it’s a win ;)
