He _would have been_, yes, except that Regina screwed it all up in Season One. After that, Henry went back to Emma both by his own choice and because Regina was unfit. Just as Emma gave up her claim, for good reason, back in the day, Regina screwed up her own claim later, for bad reason.

Then all of a sudden they break the Curse and he has Emma, and Charming, and Snow, and suddenly the adults in town like Granny and Ruby can interact with him, and he can make friends his own age who will age in pace with him, and then he's got Neal, and he has Rumple, and Belle, and he even has hopes of getting Regina back. Then in quick succession he loses Neal and realizes he might very well be about to go back to being utterly alone again, even more alone than before. It's a wonder Henry is still sane after growing up the way he did!

Since Greg Mendell electrocuted Regina, Regina couldn’t be more furious and aggressive anymore after Emma said so mad to her "It's your fault", because Regina's evil half was just gone until the end of Season 3.
Ok, I would just like to take a minute to remind us all that this is fictional. 😂 Yes, I am very passionate about this show and yes, i have my opinions. But a TV show is not worth cussing someone out over or getting extremely upset about. We can disagree and still treat each other with basic human decency. Everybody take a deep breathe. Then finish typing. There are no real-world implications to this. So maybe consider speaking kindly to people over something so little. Just a thought.

She can leave Storybrooke to go to Phönix? Get henry? She can drive so far away. But she cant live storybrooke to get Owen back? OK what for a shit is this? Have anyone awnsers???
She can leave because she cast the Curse. She could have left to get Owen, but by the time he escaped, she had realized it just wasn't going to work, and even realized that she had screwed him up beyond repair with intending to. Remember her standing there crying as she watched Owen calling out for his father, but it was too late to fix it and there was no way he would ever accept her. Unfortunately, as she herself admitted alter, Regina is very bad at learning from her mistakes.
I'm sick of everyone standing up for her and putting down Snow and Emma. She's a villain and that's all she'll ever be. I will never say this show is good. It should have been banned. Everyone who back up Evilly can burn in hell with her.
Darkuss Sovereign They aren’t real and not everyone likes a character that’s just all good. I personally like characters who have some evil twisted traits helps keep the show interesting and is also the only way the show can work.Of course if they were real it would be a different story.And saying people should burn in hell because of what type of fictional character they like is just stupid, since there would be no show without a villain.Plus if you want to hate a character this much because there a villain hate Rumple or Cora there the ones who helped turn her evil 🤷♀️
