Puppy's need a lot of attention but older dogs will find company. My dog was raised with cats so she acts like them and plays with them. She does get lots of attention from us as well we give her treats and pets or even just let her lay on our lap so don't worry we love her still its not just cats.
About few months after i adopted a dog i went out and gave her a treat to make it easier for her. I left her in my bed. I came back. The treat was in front of the apartment door, she had layed there waiting for me, too stressed to eat her treat and at some point she had given up and gone back to bed. That broke my heart. Now we are both attaached to each other.
He knows. They do wait, and it sure seems like they don’t exit the lookout point but they do, they hear us, they hear the car from insanely far away. There was also a study done, this was 20 or more years ago so I can’t find it to link it but it was about how dogs can sense when their people intend to come home. They start anticipating and looking out when we the human counterparts are heading home. The study was done and widely accepted as valid. What clouds the data is the same old correlation doesn’t equal causation thing… Dogs are KEENLY aware of cues in behavior and our patterns. They watch is leave, they know what we have and what we are doing as far as leaving with just a coat and keys versus luggage. They take note of light, time of day…it’s wild, we really are the centers of their universe :( Kinda heartbreaking innit?

Are you serious. This dog also they are dog-sitting only. And what dey did with zeplin was right bcoz dey were honest how much they can do and this doesn’t mean they can’t keep a pet dog in the future. It takes a lot to be honest with yourself and take difficult decisions .
I thought she said this was a dog she was dog sitting for a friend and it's not a puppy she got when people asked her why she didn't adopt the dog she was fostering? Now she's saying it's her dog? Why did she feel like she had to lie?
Another pet is the solution! My dog had a lot of trouble with separation anxiety until I fostered a cat. And when the cat was gone I moved back in with my parents and he loves being home with their dog. Get him a friend! 😊❤
