The porch EMINEM is on at the start of his verse is a digital reconstruction of his childhood home 19946 Dresden in Detroit. He did an interview on the porch early in his career and tried to get inside to do a tour of the house in the interview, but the person who lived there at the time denied them access, but let them do the interview on n the porch. The first Marshall Mathers LP cover was him sitting on that porch, the second Marshall Mathers LP in 2013 was an up to date picture of the porch abandoned and the grass overgrown and the Deluxe Edition I have there is an extra panel on it that makes it look like you’re looking at it through a car window. A few years later the house actually burnt down and he did a special collection where you could buy one of his albums and it came with some other merch and a brick from the actual house that he signed and put in plexiglass.

There was a fire at the house in 2013, the city deemed it was not structurally safe and ordered the bank that owned it tear it down with heavy equipment... it didn't burn down... there's actual video of the demolition and it was no where near completely burnt down
@@DS-182 we all get what we”burnt down” means. It doesn’t always mean completely burnt to the ground, it merely means burnt to the point where it is unsafe to occupy and unsalvageable.

Eminem killed that whole thing. You can tell that from conceptualization to the actual product, he thinks things through for years before putting his music out. Everything is intertwined in a way that I've never seen before, and probably will never see again! Eminem is #1 in the game and will always be the 🐐.
