Very tasty and easy cake! Recipe without flour and without vegetable oil. Very useful yogurt pie. Delicate, melt-in-your-mouth dessert.

4 eggs
Separate the yolk from the protein
A pinch of salt
Sugar 60 g
Vanillin 8 g
Corn starch 75 g
Yoghurt 400 g
Grease with butter
Bake in the oven at 170°C (338°F) for 40 minutes.
