Judas Priest Painkiller tab and rhythm guitar lesson

Another Judas Priest classic - Painkiller. There's so much metal in this song it will melt your heart :) Seriously though, this song is quite tough to play if you're going to do downpicking on the main riffs. However, have a look at their live performances to see how they play it, as they not always downpick everything. The most tough riff here is probably the bridge riff, but should you have problems with it then start slowly first and build up the speed gradually using a metronome. Have fun!
