- The new equipment came in to make our mine site even more crazy than it was before. #YTG2019 (season 2) is in full mining mode now.. and we are starting to test the equipments limits. Little did I know the safety inspector was coming out to the site today. I tried to distract him with learning how to use the D10 Dozer.. and he seemed to take a shine to it. He was mostly involved with opening the new cut.. but what can you do about these Canadian inspectors. You gotta grease a few palms to get any kind of gold action around here with out having to go through a bunch of red tape. I have a new Material Hopper and Conveyor System and yes, it is very expensive. But when you are in the mining game - money is no object when you have a goal in mind... The only thing is.. you got to be getting the GOLD.

A few of the things that are not staged is our friendship, the laughter, camaraderie, and of course.. THE GOLD! (Yes, it's real pay dirt). The true Gold is the experience we get as friends, what we hope the viewers get watching a group of goofballs entertain them with some very cool toys. That was funny at the end, bribing the inspector! At times I believe that happens where I work, all the dirty equipment I always find (lack of cleaning) might help too, if you add more of that insulation inside the pump house. You also know they make medications for leaking hoses 😁

You should make a paved road to the mine so no trucks get stuck and the proses can be faster get a cement truck for that the gravel a little more slides and just gets everywhere. You guys have the best channel ever!

Ok, i cant keep watching before i have written this xD, the material handler is totally the wrong way round, since the way you have it now would put any large rocks and materials to big for the screener would fall down on the path of where you're driving the machines through.
Also personally i think it would be better used for the excavator, since you could either just have the material handler load onto the white conveyor and into the white shaker, or, you use the material handler way up where you're clearing ground, have the excavator up there loading it, then onto the white conveyor, into the red conveyor, and then into the shaker, and you keep the trommel loaded by the tractor.
and this way the load of the excavator would be better spead out over the conveyors, and you wouldent get as big of a pile on them

The Krazy man takes a day off so you guys decide goof around and what happens? you get poor results, if you get more cleanouts like this you will never reach your goal. Medic, head down to a lawn and garden center, you might be able to pick up one of those black plastic ponds in roughly that size. It would let you sit the equipment a little better and have the benefit of being able to reprocess all the dirt that gets washed into the pond a little easier. Plus you could pack the edges down around the pond, so you don't have to worry about the ground giving out and someone falling in.
Just gets better and better can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of the season. Keep up the great work, cheers from oz.

i love this series! you know what i would love to see? you guys fixing up that collapsing wall using your scale equipment only. also would be really entertaining to see more dozer work like roads, dirtramps and stuff like that. i really enjoy watching these machines in action.

Great show. Ref to the loader tipping. In a real crusher, screening, washing plant, its usually a bit rough driving around, however the points were they drop dirt in or remove dirt away, they try to keep level for obvious reasons.
PS - Also, if you have to have any plumbing work done inside your house, you probably should call somebody for that. 😂
You need to make a some clips of the construction where you put GoPro's inside some of the machines for a first person view. That would make the videos sooooo awesome👍

Another great entry. You guys almost need some type of a semi open reenforced underpass in-between the conveyor belt and the new Material Hopper to move the pay more easy.

Build the dog house out of wood. Do not make the sides vertical, but angle then inward sort of like a pyramid. It can still have four sides but just angle them inwards. Put the top on it. The wood will reflect the sound into the ground, lowering the noise volume and turning it into a lower pitch. The wood also absorbs some of the sounds. If you want to take it up a notch, you can spray it with rubberized undercoating on the inside or add sound deading mats. Leave gaps for cool air to get in and exhaust to exit. Most of the noise is not from the exhaust so you can plumb the exhaust out of the box without making the box less effective.
