it's so funny how when the race to 30k started shortcat was LITERALLY not even over 10k vr and now he has a pretty decent chance at winning the entire thing..
to dodge shells easier on GCC: if you have a triwing screwdriver remove the spring in the L button and remove the little slider from the peg, turns it into a digital click only and removes the analogue travel. A lot of smash players do this to stop accidentally light shielding and make certain tech easier.
I’ve come to find that a wired pro controller is generally a more solid pick than a game cube controller. Can still motion glide the same way and actually feels like it was meant to fit in a human hand lol
Honestly the difference in handling with Scooty could have been the difference for that London Loop shortcat. When I tried Scooty I'd mess up my turns and shortcats way more often just like that.
