Man if they bothered to add camouflage and ghillies suits why didn’t they bother to add some sort of camouflage system? I’m kind of nick picky about the stealth. I can’t tell if they want stealth to be realistic or not but it’s irritating sometimes. It’d also be awesome if you could blend in with any environment. Like urban environments, or rocky terrain. (Edit)- I like the Metal gear 3 type of camouflage. Doesn’t has to be realistic, and every terrain or environment, surface area has its own proper camouflage system. Foliage helps as camouflage but also having the right camouflage for the terrain you are on as well. If Ubisoft made this type of system I bet more people would pay for it. Since games that uses camouflage is pretty rare and might sell well. And also making your character fully bright pink can serve as a challenge for people. Also edit melee, in my opinion sucks. It takes so damn long to take out your target it’s annoying. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. Not only that melee ATTRACTS ATTENTION. Why the hell would you want that in a game that has STEALTH?!
@@typicalasianguy1805 the melee part pisses me off so much, no advantage in stealth it takes way too long and makes too much noise. No advantage in a gunfight because nomad will just have a straight up fight for 20 seconds as he is being gunned down. I never use melee unless I'm absolutely sure I won't die or get detected (last enemy on the base). I get that they were trying to vary the melee animations and make it look cool but in doing so they made it completely useless.
@@kennethchayee2196 What makes it all worse is that enemies suddenly get enchanted vision after going on alert. You can have an enemy staring at you in the face and he doesn’t see you but when he goes alert ooh now he sees you. And I also hate the fact that the enemies know your exact position when firing ONCE, suppressed. You can tell since they point their gun in your exact position even firing from FARAWAY. Again I can’t tell if the game wants to be realistic or not. Because suppressors are loud in real life, but this game treats them as if sound doesn’t exist. So I can understand if they can hear the shots, but even still you can stay close to an enemy and fire away from them and they won’t even hear your shots. And what pains me is how I can be wearing a ghillie suit, get into a good position and check myself to see if I blend in well. And then a enemy sees me and goes on alert. I swear mgs3 has a better camouflage system than this game, and more detail to the soldiers. And it’s several years older than this game! I would change multiple things about this game. Give more tactics to enemies, and make them suppress fire when you’re shooting at them from a distance. Of course they don’t see you, but if you’re putting in some fire constantly then they’ll find out where the shots are coming from and will shoot from where they think you are at. And ACTUALLY ADD A CAMOUFLAGE SYSTEM. If they bothered to add skins and cosmetics they should had bothered to make a camouflage system. (Edit) for the enemies enchanted vision. Metal gear 5 does it too, but they do it better. Enemies in that game, if you’re far away and you’re shooting at them. They will use BINOCULARS. Brilliant, it’s something I cannot argue against because it makes sense. Unlike how this game does it. Sorry, I’ve been in a rant .-. Over all I like this game. I really do, I just wished it wasn’t made by Ubisoft. I want to see this game improve more and no more micro transactions.
well seeing this video AFTER the train wreck announcement that is front lines...it looks like they took 20 steps BACK with this franchise....looks like ill be playing breakpoint and wildlands for the next 5 years
As much as i like your videos where you point out the flaws of the game for a brighter futur for the franchise. I think its refreshing to see you pointing out the pros of the game because like you say even though the games not perfect it still has a lot of redeemable qualities. I like that your channel is objective and fair, it’s something a lot of other youtubers channel lack. Anyhow, i wish you a good evening Keep up the good work
Thanks dude, glad you enjoyed. I kinda wanted to make a video like this as a mirror to some of the other videos I put out recently. They all touch on the same topics about the direction for the future. So I like that both these styles of discussions can be had, because I think it's important to approach topics with an open mind and a fair critique.
I like all of these points you brought up. 1 through 10 were all things I love and are the reasons I don't say "bReAKpOINt BahD,WiLDlAn guuD" because Breakpoint is definetly an improvement in some areas compared to wildlands. One thing I wish they had to be more immersive would be a "Wanted Persons System". The WPS would basically track your activities and hostile actions against Sentinel and would in turn make the enemies more difficult. It would start with the basic rifleman and commanders and breachers, but the more active you are in a province, the heavier the response (unless you go quiet and stealthy, which I feel like Ubisoft didn't get right) Then it'll go from basic foot patrols to "holy shit they have 2 APCs and an Opheis Helo patrolling this place..." The wanted level would go down overtime if you're A.Undetected for a period of time or B.not in that Province. What do ya think about that?
I like that idea! I feel like it would have been great to have that for Breakpoint but I'm pretty sure it's too late. I think something along those lines of what you speak could be a potentially great idea for them to explore in a future game. That's if they end up going a similar route to Breakpoint with how the world operates.
@@GhostIslandThunder one can hope right? I was thinking it would display this wanted level on the map in 6 ghost skulls, with the 6th being red and fractured. The tiers would operate like 1. Awareness : Increased patrols from infantry and Azriels. 2. Preparedness : all troops given armor, extra use of Aamon and Murmur drones. 3. Reinforcement : Wolves replace foot patrols outside of bases and are accompanied by Aamons. 4. -QRF- IRF : Reinforcements arrive as soon as a fight breaks out without the need for a radio operator. Radio operators summon APCs and/or Opheis helos. 5. Slaughter : They want your head. All bases now have APCs and Rocket helos on standby. Wolves accompany everyone. Sentinel presence increased tenfold. 6. Full Automation : Metal is cheaper than Flesh. Behemoths are in the woods,Titans in the skies, and everything wants you dead here. Lay low or get out of dodge. I feel maybe its a bit too intense, but I feel underwhelmed anyway playing breakpoint at times.
dude thanks for further expanding on the idea! This is great. So you basically want a better version of the Unidad system from WL for the next GR game? That's if it follows the same formula as these past 2 games.
I really appreciate everything about Ghost War PvP. I believe Ubisoft did an amazing job with it, my only critique would be to add an ranked mode like Rainbow Six Siege. Would be bigger than CoD in my opinion if they did so
Nice video! There's definitely a lot that they got right. Like you said, the customization aspect is particularly awesome. I also loved the graphics of the game. I really enjoyed the map.
I hope Ubisoft adds a unidad mechanic for the Wolves it would just make so much sense on a plot aspect for the wolves since they are supposed to former ghosts
I would like to see the ability to use a bipod, the animation was in future soldier, so why not in the game... and having multiple under barrel attachments, a grip and bipod etc. Or even like a flashlight and grip
Did you ever play the Advanced Warfighter games? They are the best and most slept on. Those games with the customization of Wildlands (no micro transactions), updated controls, & next gen graphics (with realistic gore) will be a TOP SELLER and one of the best tactical shooters ever made
Hey Big! Yes I own every GR game, I loved the GRAW games so much I made this lol czcams.com/video/8pGsvCl444Q/video.html Also check out some of my other videos I make plenty of mention about it.
There is a lot of understandable Breakpoint bashing out there, so this video is very much appreciated. I love this game, maybe because I'm relatively new to gaming in general, but I really do enjoy playing this, especially the freedom with choosing your preferred tactics - tactical, guns blazing, stealth, etc. Thanks for the video - hopefully Ubisoft is watching and listening. I really do hope they know there is a devoted fanbase, and they can take the pros from the last three GR games and improve on them. Also, they can leave the aliens, viruses and zombie stuff to the other Ubisoft games. lol
Great vid! Graphics will always be a positive! Ubisoft has all the talent to make a amazing shooter. Give the opportunity of a hard core style shooter, with no auto cover and a option to select a traditional TPP view(in the likes of Socom) instead of over the shoulder and they will have a winner! Very curious what’s next for GR!
I personally like the camera options that GR currently has. I always loved the OTS view. But ya! By all means, if they can incorporate more camera options, that would be great to have more view options for the player.
Love this video. Always good to point out what a game did right rather than just trash a game constantly. This game did alot well. And obviously there's a lot that could've been done better. I'm a big proponent to the open world but in a game like GR I don't wanna feel like I own the world. I wanna feel like I'm in the enemy's yard and I want to feel like I can be in trouble at any corner. I was thinking of something like "red zones" where you're behind enemy lines. Also I don't like how you can just grab any vehicle at any time anywhere in the world. Would be good if the ghosts had one designated HQ for restocking or getting vehicles. Maybe the bivouacs can be a much more limited version of this HQ where you can only get certain vehicles or weapons. Just a thought. Great videos man 🙌💯
@@GhostIslandThunder no worries bro thanks for this content. I love it. I hope someone in the dev team does see this cuz it's constructive criticism. We need more videos like these. 🙌
You can disable perk indicators, but not splash warnings. There's a little sound effect that lets you know when your perk is charged. I wish you could set a bivouac anywhere you want
It’s the game I find myself returning to time and time again, for the immersion. Great with friends or solo, one thing I think they nailed is the pace. Being able to meticulously scope out a base for hostiles and then plan accordingly. No more “raid bosses” please….sigh 😕
It would be so cool if you could completely customize your vest and helmet kinda like you were saying in the video. You could decide what pouches you want and even where to place them. Maybe even go so in depth that the pouches actually dictate how much of that equipment youre able to carry. For example, 4 mag pouches allows you to carry 4 mags + 1 in the weapon. 2 grenade pouches allows you to carry 2 grenades etc... With proper attention to detail you could even see your character actually pulling out the mag from the vest and leaving an empty slot behind.
Actually wildlands had 3 as well 2 types of night vision and one thermal. The first night vision was the grainy one that was kinda hard to see with not too bad but it was basically night vision for the early 2000s and the second night vision was much better it was like HD basically.
It would be really good to see a game with the overall feel of wildlands (a lot of variety and more activity) with stuff like the gameplay customisability (great for playing the game in the way you want), gunsmith (a great evolution of the wildlands system) and character customisation (while it was a little bit better than wildlands, there was too many brand deals that didn't add anything and too much behind a paywall) A lot of these were a definite improvement over wildlands but need a little bit more and could work well with new and improved (accurate) animations and mechanics
I never had much complaints about Breakpoint I thought it was a beautiful game. I always thought it could be worse and look at what we got now with Frontline.
I think one thing that would keep the player on their toes, would make the wolves more like unidad in grw. If anyone remembers having unidad engage you when you least expect it or when you need them not to was absolutely scary. They just keep reinforcing if you try to hold your ground in higher and higher numbers. They could build on this having wolves *actually* hunt you when they lose you. Would make the game harder yes but also more dynamic and interesting (and infuriating).
Right on brother. One thing they should've added when they created this vast world with different climates is - Nomad's reaction to the weather. I mean it should force you to wear warm clothes when you're in the snowy mountains or you'll lose health\stamina or both. There was such a thing back in one of them Crysis games & in Red Dead Redemption 2. What AR are you using in this vid ? looks like a mini version of the M4A1....
Btw I agree with the weather stuffs bit. There are plenty of little things that could be developed for immersion in the future of the series depending on what tyoe of game is next for the series.
Absolutely loved this game with No HUD and Extreme difficulty.. I just picked up a beast PC so I'll be replaying it. I played it on Xbox in February and March. This game did it right on many levels. The AI is lacking but that's like every game these days. Developers need to seriously work on better AI. I'd like a more realistic story as well. No behemoths and drones. More urban settings like you said. More gear and more palettes. And honestly as much as I like being able to tackle a mission however you like. I would like some more forced style missions. Like high profile targets to snipe and what not. Id also love a cinematic camera that you could use after a mission. So you could fly the camera around and follow your character and make really cool videos with it.
yes! ubisoft should throw some linear mission among all of those normal mission where you can infiltrate a base however you want, something like maybe where the enemy captured nomad and put nomad on a prison, and we have to escape, or maybe some call of duty style mission
Thank god you brought up to reason for not doing a thing as in the reason for no slings. Maybe they haven't done X because it's either: not practical to a budget or already attempted and decided not worth it. Good video as always. When is girlfriend going to do Co-op with you?
That's something we will do in the future lol. She doesn't own a console to play on. One day. I'll bring her back for some more though since she is funny to listen to and watch. Thanks man!
Hey Champ, I'm playing MGSV at the moment, and I have to say, it's the best tacmap I've used. Would love to see something like it used in a Ghost Recon game. What do you think?
Sup bud! yea man, that map was great in MGSV it reminds me of GRAW, kinda techy looking 👌👌. But like I said checkout Ghost Recon 1, the original game's tac map. To me that's the ultimate one. It's so clear and clean and simple and effective. That, but a mix of these modern tech looking types of maps could work so well. Definitely a nice blend would be great
Great video. GRB has the best third person shooter mechanics and animations in gaming to date. The gunsmith is the best in the series. They're on the right path but they have adjustments to make because games have become more realistic and tactical. They have to adapt.
Naw. GR Future Soldier has the best gunsmith, imo has the best movement, and the best animation to date. I don't see much positives with Breakpoint. It still feels clunky, the scopes are out of date compared to other shooters, and feels inferior to Wildlands
@@xxfratosxx8257 Ghosts like yourself are really stuck in nostalgia. I've completed Future Soldier recently and Breakpoint is more detailed. FS is just one great experience.
@@eagleyezxgaming I'm not stuck. I played BP for a year on pre-order gold edition. Sequels isn't always a successor. For a shooter I can care less about anything as the story. It's about the gameplay and features. The shooting and features in the predecessors beats BP in nearly every way. You can't even hipfire good in BP. There's really not much to defend besides the graphics in BP. It's not even much there. Look in the sky on BP and tell me if the clouds look like a cloud or even the sun. They didn't really try much in Breakpoint. Besides the raids there's no other pve modes. There's only 2 pvp modes. 8 player max for pvp. Co-op limited to 4. Enemy npcs still not that great and was worst they use to run in a single file line to you. Sorry but Breakpoint doesn't get much credit for me. Prone camo nice, cqc ok, and dirt on weapons. Nothing outside of that
I really like the conquest mode that they added on later, but it felt very incomplete to me. I would like to see that as a core concept in a Ghost Recon game, especially with more gameplay ramifications than what was introduced (like adjacent liberated regions having mutual lines of communication that jointly buff each other's advantages, or watching friendly forces become better equipped and more numerous as more regions are liberated. Or having actual safe zones; regions on the 'front' having a solid mix of friendly and enemy troops, but interior regions being enemy free minus incursions by high level commando style opponents).
I think mechanics wise and animation wise Breakpoint is a big step up from Wildlands. Something that I WISH it had would be a camo index like MGS 3 had back in 2004. Whats the point of having ALL those camos and NONE of them help you blend in to your environment. Also having night time making you much harder to see. Hell a Splinter Cell-esque light gauge would be good for that. I do hope you show this video to Ubisoft somehow
Breakpoint barely scratches the surface with it's stealth in darkness it kinda works... but yea I agree. Make our gear and camos have some sort of effect. Why is that a plate carrier and a harness provide the same level of protection.
Super agree! Ubisoft did actually pretty good on breakpoint and wildland i am enjoying these series. I can adjust HUD and difficulty anytime depend on my preference is just perfect
@@GhostIslandThunder the fact i get Breakpoint last summer 2021 sale make me feel bad, not because i waited for a discount it just so many games and so little time, I'm not yet finish every Breakpoint quest and side quest even with Wildlands XD, with minimalist HUD and elite difficulty my game style is slow paced and my squad aren't pleased with that LOL hey maybe we can play together sometime help me enjoy the game with elite difficulty?
Great video bud. What about functioning bipods? That would be useful & handy for your aim when your in prone position. Not just for sniper rifles & DMR’s, but for LMG’s also. 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
I would love for them to bring back the Co-op missions like Advanced Warfighter had. 16 multiplayer co-op missions and maybe kind of missions where you can split into teams.
I hope that for the next game the gameplay and mechanics are a mix between Future Soldier and The Division. Cause my god I love the animations and cover mechanics.
I'm rooting for them despite everything they do to make me want to boo them. I just want to see Ghost Recon back to it's glory and they have plenty of good stuff in their pocket to draw from in order to get there. So we shall see my friend.
With the next Gen consoles out and devs like Rockstar and Naughty Dog adding rifle slings, there’s no excuse for them not being included. If you’re going to spend the dev time animating the weapons and their reload animations, there’s no reason not to add slings. They’re a huge part of any rifle. Good list 👍
There should also be like a stability option shooting standing up is hard. Shouldn’t be too accurate. Should give you an option to wrap sling around arm for more stability idk just think that’d be cool lol make it super realistic
Something I want is custom back plates for vests so If you want to role play as a government agent you could have government agent on the back of your vest
They have to work on the camo, skins and colours. Most of the camo scemes and colours look weird or not accurate compared to their real counterpart, sometimes the same gun camo or colour looks completly different than the one for the clothing.
Concerning gameplay I would love to switch off the hitmarker sound and it would be cool if you could shoot all the lights out, which i think was possible in Wildlands but not in Breakpoint, bus as GIT mentioned they nearly nailed it.
Brilliant video again straight to the point I'm surprised I saw nomad take out bullet out of his leg I haven't seem animation I think if you play on pc it'll be different on console thats what I realised they do need to add things to the next ghost recon game which I hope will be happening great video
The Honey Bager Brown They got that right it is a wonderful weapon and my now favorite gun. What they got wrong is the CQC animation it takes far to long and there should be a way to skip the animation and just CQC the enemy and get back to a prone position.
honestly its a no for me for the player to tune their own HUD and all other settings, i rather choose for ubisoft to implement it as a whole new mode maybe like some addition to the immersive mode, something like "Ranger Mode" from the Metro Redux, where the game will FORCE you to turn off all of your HUD if you choose that mode, instead of we as a player turn the settings off by ourself, and maybe if we do choose that mode that obviously would be harder than a normal mode with HUD, the game should give the player some reward, either its a weapon, outfit, or maybe even a whole new secret mission
I want to see much better body armor setups that look much more authentic and the ability to completely customize any weapon the way that you want to without any limitations.
As much as I can complain it’s important to be balanced and there is a lot rite with this game. Certainly a lot to be taken forward to the next instalment. The game book is definitely worth looking at. It really breaks down the good and the bad thought processes the developers went through. I’m all on board with deeper kit and weapon customisation. Ubisoft have licence agreements with so many manufacturers they need to expand that. We need all sights to be available on all weapons. More rials to choose from particularly for M4 amd AK platforms. Rail cosmetics such as lights. They have the ability to use the FN UBGL but can you equip this on the scar and the same goes for the HK UBGL. They need to do with rails what they did with stocks. Hk433 would be nice as well as some Colt Canada products to. To be able to equip pouches and gear on your plate carrier battle belt and day sack as mentioned would really add a level of depth and personalisation the community would really appreciate. And lastly bring back the old helicopter flight physics form wildlands. I’ve spent hundreds of hours on Helos and although it wasn’t perfect I just enjoyed dropping my friends off on roof tops and flying around in breakpoint. Keep up the good content and I hope Ubisoft pay attention 👍🏻
This video came randomly on my homepage. Very, very good content. If someone was on the fence for buying this game, you'd sell them on it. I've been into the Ghost Recon series for a long time. I own Advanced Warfighter 2, Future Soldier, Wildlands and of course, Breakpoint. Breakpoint disappointed me at first. Stopped playing. Didn't care for looting and gear scores. Too much work. Then, no AI teammates, which is a hallmark of Ghost Recon. I believe the devs wanted to have a Metal Gear-like experience. Well, they needed to leave that to Snake. Glad they featured them again. Another issue was the enemies seemed different than Wildlands. Was always getting spotted. Since they made the layout of the game, fully-customizable, brought back the AI teammates, I've gone back to playing. Of course, watching videos of die-hard players, such as CUSTER PLAYS, TIER ONE and RossManGaming helped, as well. Good points on features you'd like to see in future GR games, such as more urban settings. Again, good content. Subbed! You should have more, btw.
Hey 1Dub79 thanks for stopping by and sharing! The fact that you said you enjoyed this video and you brought up older titles from the series I really think you should check out my orher video I recently put out ! I touch on some topics you are discussing above czcams.com/video/mA75nJeIxRE/video.html
Holster your weapon needs to come back.....plus the environment of wildlands as in civilians walking around doing normal life things and shooting out windows to climb through
we see what they have say in 29 of this month the two things are end of photo contest and ultimate edition for x-box and windows game-pass and there are some infos that this wersion add some weapons for players to bouy and get for free for frist character made on game pass.
Ghost war pvp should have been an improved version of Wildlands/RB6 (many operators to choose for certain tasks) PvP in my opinion. I enjoyed BP GW for a while just not a fan of AR/SR combo for Ghost Recon.
Here's a big one they need to fix....in a military shooter that revolves around gun play, every gun sounds like an air soft gun when suppressed its fucking terrible. Also they need to ditch the human bullet sponge shit. When I double tap someone with no body armor in the chest with 5.45x39 they should drop not flinch run to cover and continue to fight unfazed.
I don't know, but when i played The last of us part 2, those slings on weapons feel soo damn goood, gives you that sensation of keeping a real gun in hands, on back, in combat.
I strongly disagree with #3. The movement and some other things are incredibly unresponsive. It might be better with a gamepad or on consoles, but it's horrible with a keyboard and mouse on PC. #5, the prone camo, was weak, but I'd like to see an improved version of the concept.
I'm not hating my friend but I do disagree with some of these, breakpoint map was not immersive for me and more a hollow empty shell of a open world. Gunplay was smooth but just felt so soft and like we were playing a airsoft or nerf game, guns just didn't feel punchy enough. Takedown animations were far to long and unrealistic plus we only ever saw a handful which when they are so unrealistic, it puts you off using them, GR Future soldier and SC Blacklist had by far the best takedown animations-fast, fluid and practical. Ubisoft definitely has alot to change and improve upon for the next game and it needs to be far far from breakpoint as it can get imo. Everybody has there opinion though so to each their own. 👍
Hey man thanks for sharing! Based on what I read here now I think you might enjoy this other video of mine which touches on some of this stuff ! czcams.com/video/mA75nJeIxRE/video.html
#1 thing they got wrong. Going live service, online only. If you're still in their ear. Tell them WE DONT WANT ONLINE ONLY GAMES!! BP has tons more issues, but this is the one I can't get passed, so I didn't buy this, as I don't buy games to rent them. I buy games to keep and play them for however long I want, not when it's dictated to me..
Bad things: 1. Very bad game on release 2. Artificial and empty world 3. No realism 4. Drones.... 5. Weapons shooting/recoil/numbers and animations. 6. Stupid places for camps. 7. Secrets fool of... Skell money 8. NVG colours 9. Enemies with mini-guns 10. PLOT for the teenagers
I honestly don't find Breakpoint as visually impressive as Wildlands. Edit: I must also add that I don't think it's buttery smooth. The animations are kind of ugly.
They both are beautiful games. Wildlands has a lot more color where Breakpoint is very drab. That could be why. Also yea bro, Wildlands holds up still. That game is gorgeous too. I gotta say though that relaxed jog your player does in Breakpoint could be better. It looks a little silly. Thanks for checking in and sharing your thoughts
Jokes aside, I do know why the Digital Scopes are the way they are. It had to do with the games engine when developing. In order to make the scope work the right way the devs would have had to render the game world twice which consumes a lot of power. So that's why they just zoom the entire screen in rather than just having the scope show the zoom. Obviously I couod have explained this a bit better but I'm sure you get the point.
What it got right? The fence cutting, the Red dead redemption falling terrain character sensibility and the design of real deal issued military equipment... Many things are baaad. Story is inexistent it s a kids soap opera... Tons of stuff is dead. I play no hud and expert of this kind of experience. It s gull of bad things, from the alert sound that tells u enemy is watching u to flashing items and hud etc. Bioms etc and thr tombs raider showcase type of stuff is useless if there is no freaking context.. Its useless, wht playing this inexistent soul experience.. Wildlands is a 100 times better experience Thr bivouac are decontextual. U cant bivouac in a dronr dominated terriyory. U need caves u need real concealment... Bivouac is no go.
@@GhostIslandThunder yeah u know what i mean, how can i plat a milsim even if i am super creative, and believe i am, whrn they give me that plus ppl with crazy fantasy capes.. Stuff like a 4+ coop so we had a team of 5 or 6 to do some missions even if it is pretty hard to fibd ppl to meet at tge same time to do serious things as todat gaming is populated merely by looting, collectors and cery childish players in general. I even created a group to play no gud milsim with a story and realism grounded way/set of rules from communications yo strategy and tactics with permadeath in GRW but it has been very hard to find players after 2 years of search... Oh dude it should have had that, totally agree. Would be great when getting off choppers in co-op or even just with a properly created set of ai teammates.
From a stealth stand point I want them to include a mechanism which lets your outfit dictate if an enemy can see you from a certain distance

I want to see this game improve more and no more micro transactions.
well seeing this video AFTER the train wreck announcement that is front lines...it looks like they took 20 steps BACK with this franchise....looks like ill be playing breakpoint and wildlands for the next 5 years
Just stumbled over your channel, you got some good content here and the visual quality is also great. Keep up the good work buddy 💪 see you around.
Thanks H4VOC 🤜🤛 likewise.
@@GhostIslandThunder Thank you mate, appreciate it
Yes this channel and Ross Man are my two favorite Breakpoint channels. They have completely different styles, so they don't compete with one another.
Future soldier's gunsmith was top tier! I want attachments that do as they're intended to IRL.
Yea FS weapon customization was phenomenal
As much as i like your videos where you point out the flaws of the game for a brighter futur for the franchise. I think its refreshing to see you pointing out the pros of the game because like you say even though the games not perfect it still has a lot of redeemable qualities. I like that your channel is objective and fair, it’s something a lot of other youtubers channel lack.
Anyhow, i wish you a good evening
Keep up the good work
Thanks dude, glad you enjoyed. I kinda wanted to make a video like this as a mirror to some of the other videos I put out recently. They all touch on the same topics about the direction for the future. So I like that both these styles of discussions can be had, because I think it's important to approach topics with an open mind and a fair critique.
When you put your surround sound on, and you can hear the trees sway. The immersion is therapeutic.
I'd say I love the azrael drone concept which is pretty much just a enemy patrol. I think they should keep up the rolling enemy patrols.
The tiers would operate like
@@ShyGuy2020 this is a good idea
So similiar to the unidad wanted system from Wildlands. That would be great. I want smarter AI that could make gameplay a little more challenging.
Yea one of the best looking games out there
I hope Ubisoft adds a unidad mechanic for the Wolves it would just make so much sense on a plot aspect for the wolves since they are supposed to former ghosts
I Like The Dirty When you Are In Prone Or Roll Undeground Its a Nice touch!
I would like to see the ability to use a bipod, the animation was in future soldier, so why not in the game... and having multiple under barrel attachments, a grip and bipod etc. Or even like a flashlight and grip
100% agreed
Did you ever play the Advanced Warfighter games? They are the best and most slept on. Those games with the customization of Wildlands (no micro transactions), updated controls, & next gen graphics (with realistic gore) will be a TOP SELLER and one of the best tactical shooters ever made
Hey Big! Yes I own every GR game, I loved the GRAW games so much I made this lol czcams.com/video/8pGsvCl444Q/video.html
Also check out some of my other videos I make plenty of mention about it.
I agree 👍
@@GhostIslandThunder FINALLY!! Someone who loves Ghost Recon as much as me! It’s an honor my brotha lol #Subscribed
GRAW2 and Future Soldier was the best for me in the series
@@xxfratosxx8257 Love me some GRAW. I beat the 2 GRAW's on Elevated Risk, hard asf dude.
Also, they can leave the aliens, viruses and zombie stuff to the other Ubisoft games. lol
Hey Tony good to here from you, you've been around for a month now! Yea man. Poor Rainbow 6... one of my fav series got the zombies treatment. smh.
Great videos man 🙌💯
Hey Manny thanks for the reply bro! 🤜🤛
I have turned every hud element off and yet those little squares will still appear, im on console though so Idk. You serious? How lol
It’s the game I find myself returning to time and time again, for the immersion. Great with friends or solo, one thing I think they nailed is the pace. Being able to meticulously scope out a base for hostiles and then plan accordingly. No more “raid bosses” please….sigh 😕
I have yet to play a single raid aha
Yea true, like when you have panoramics ! It's so clear.
@@GhostIslandThunder yes. I think they came out on the splinter cell mission. Where we have to help Sam Fisher with security.
It would be really good to see a game with the overall feel of wildlands (a lot of variety and more activity) with stuff like the gameplay customisability (great for playing the game in the way you want), gunsmith (a great evolution of the wildlands system) and character customisation (while it was a little bit better than wildlands, there was too many brand deals that didn't add anything and too much behind a paywall)
A lot of these were a definite improvement over wildlands but need a little bit more and could work well with new and improved (accurate) animations and mechanics
Love your gameplays and your videos. Keep up the good work man.
Hi from France
Thanks man! :)
4-AC 👌👌
Definitely a nice blend would be great
@@GhostIslandThunder I think I'll have to get the old Xbox out and buy those games. Thanks for the heads up. What console are you on?
Xbox, yea man I need to buy the old xbox again cause I have all the copies still I wanna play them.
Great video.
GRB has the best third person shooter mechanics and animations in gaming to date. The gunsmith is the best in the series. They're on the right path but they have adjustments to make because games have become more realistic and tactical. They have to adapt.
thanks man! and I agree
@@xxfratosxx8257 I still play the old games and the new games, I feel your frustration with series. Loved FS gunsmith.
Hell yea dude 🤘
Thanks bro, I bring the bipods up in my next discussion video to come, keep an eye out!
I would love for them to bring back the Co-op missions like Advanced Warfighter had. 16 multiplayer co-op missions and maybe kind of missions where you can split into teams.
Agreed I have a playlist of that actually. I have videos of that mode. Agreed completely it worked so well I still play it
8:25 ability to holster your weapon like in Wildlands.
Just walk around with free hands and free camera
I hope that for the next game the gameplay and mechanics are a mix between Future Soldier and The Division. Cause my god I love the animations and cover mechanics.
Surprised you didn't mention the ability of going from first person to third person. Having that ability is beneficial to both audiences.
Repelling from mountains/building would be cool.
Also have the ability to climb trees to set up sniper nest.
nice list..... honestly they should just go all sim with it by giving more game custumization. The stuff people think about is nuts.
👍🏻 I hope they continue to evolve in a good way.
🙃Oh man, I bet that the new one will have so many customization options.
What GR need is Backpack. You only carry what you have and remove magic crafting.
They have to work on the camo, skins and colours. Most of the camo scemes and colours look weird or not accurate compared to their real counterpart, sometimes the same gun camo or colour looks completly different than the one for the clothing.
Yep! I noticed that too. Way too many colors that look wrong and off. Broken camos too.
Dude, Sentinel Urban is a way better Woodland... how sad is that
Concerning gameplay I would love to switch off the hitmarker sound and it would be cool if you could shoot all the lights out, which i think was possible in Wildlands but not in Breakpoint, bus as GIT mentioned they nearly nailed it.
Brilliant video again straight to the point I'm surprised I saw nomad take out bullet out of his leg I haven't seem animation I think if you play on pc it'll be different on console thats what I realised they do need to add things to the next ghost recon game which I hope will be happening great video
@Maximus Meridius thanks for that advice 👍
The Honey Bager Brown They got that right it is a wonderful weapon and my now favorite gun. What they got wrong is the CQC animation it takes far to long and there should be a way to skip the animation and just CQC the enemy and get back to a prone position.
I’d like to know what you used to make those outfits. Those were pretty badass looking
I'll do a part 3 of my Ghost Style Outfits soon and include them !
Checkout my outfit videos for now you might actually see something you like pretty sure one or 2 of them are in that
Great stuff man! Stay safe and God bless!
Breakpoint is so underrated. Milsim is so good in it
honestly its a no for me for the player to tune their own HUD and all other settings, i rather choose for ubisoft to implement it as a whole new mode maybe like some addition to the immersive mode, something like "Ranger Mode" from the Metro Redux, where the game will FORCE you to turn off all of your HUD if you choose that mode, instead of we as a player turn the settings off by ourself, and maybe if we do choose that mode that obviously would be harder than a normal mode with HUD, the game should give the player some reward, either its a weapon, outfit, or maybe even a whole new secret mission
Thanks for sharing Mark. Thanks for the breakdown too 👌
This video came randomly on my homepage.
Subbed! You should have more, btw.

hey Jakub, I actually went over what settings I use at the end of this video czcams.com/video/oIYGTWjnTV0/video.html
@@GhostIslandThunder thank you
I would like a comprehensive health management and armour system. I think that would be pretty neat
Ammo check is detriment for me personally. I mean actually knowing the number of clips you have with the HUD off.
Ghost war pvp should have been an improved version of Wildlands/RB6 (many operators to choose for certain tasks) PvP in my opinion. I enjoyed BP GW for a while just not a fan of AR/SR combo for Ghost Recon.
If they put new game plus in this game they did 11things right
Here's a big one they need to fix....in a military shooter that revolves around gun play, every gun sounds like an air soft gun when suppressed its fucking terrible. Also they need to ditch the human bullet sponge shit. When I double tap someone with no body armor in the chest with 5.45x39 they should drop not flinch run to cover and continue to fight unfazed.
What was that animation/ cutscene where nomad pulls a slug from his leg with a multitool? I've never gotten that.
Whenever you go to a bivouac while injured!
Slings, slings, slings please ubisoft, make that weapons feel natural!
YES
I don't know, but when i played The last of us part 2, those slings on weapons feel soo damn goood, gives you that sensation of keeping a real gun in hands, on back, in combat.
I will now subscribe to your channel my friend!
Hey bro, welcome to the channel :)
Wat they need to do is let us use the magwell grip options I'm seeing so many guns with the magwell grip it makes no sense
agreed with all you've said.
I strongly disagree with #3. The movement and some other things are incredibly unresponsive. It might be better with a gamepad or on consoles, but it's horrible with a keyboard and mouse on PC.
#5, the prone camo, was weak, but I'd like to see an improved version of the concept.
Great video
Thanks Thomas
Darkest night is horrible.. it completely destroys NVG effectiveness, as it seems to apply the effect to both the naked eye and when using NVG’s.
I'd like the next GR not to be an open world game. I'd rather it's linear but with huge corridors and open spaces to raid camps & co.

@@GhostIslandThunder My gt is TiredFiber7859 thx.

Forget slings
Top 5 thing's UBISHIT got wrong , PVP , DIGITAL SCOPE , DMR GLITCH , INVISIBLE PEOPLE , NO NEW MAPS 🤣🤣🤣
I think we would need a top 100 list for that. I should challenge myself to make a video on 100 things they got wrong lmao
One thing tht ruins the whole game, ALWAYS-ONLINE CRAP, EVEN SINGLE PLAYER
Such a shame they just decided to make a battle royale.
Breakpoints controls feel horrible, pvp is like the division of anything wildlands had better controls
Hard disagree, but thanks for sharing man
Edit* Hard disagree in regards to the controls feeling horrible for Breakpoint.
I haven't played Division.
@@GhostIslandThunder when you do play it you’ll see what I’m talking about
@@chunkrock8218 Ghost Recon multiplayer sucks anyway in regards to Wildlands and Breakpoint imo. GRAW 2 had some great PVP tho.
I love this game. This is more realistic than that stupid Call of Duty.
Only thing they got right was give me my refund
Theres anything that they got right? Christ I didn't even play the game and found a minimum of 10 things WRONG with it
Everything that isn't in this list, is everything they got wrong.
Wildlands is a 100 times better experience
Thr bivouac are decontextual. U cant bivouac in a dronr dominated terriyory. U need caves u need real concealment... Bivouac is no go.
Yea the story is brutal. A far cry from the types of missions briefings we used to get.
@@GhostIslandThunder yeah u know what i mean, how can i plat a milsim even if i am super creative, and believe i am, whrn they give me that plus ppl with crazy fantasy capes.. They really make tom clancy die a second time.
Therr are tons of things they can improve, and introduce.
Before i eas banned from the steam forums of GRWildlands i posted a topic filled with what they shld do: it s called 'Ubisoft next time' or something like that.
U can check also a commrnt under a yt video by darkdally, a video he made with all the mil sin stuff 'fo moar realism' that could be done.
Then during the gpu crisis my project had to halt as i got stuck with out gpu and cpu so i ll wait.. But being older and in a working age i can t dedicate all the time i gave to create this and patience to look for players, real sim addicted players... It was fun when it worked...
This game needs repelling
Oh dude it should have had that, totally agree. Would be great when getting off choppers in co-op or even just with a properly created set of ai teammates.
It s called rappeling
@@DNH17 you forgot to say "actually" in a nasally voice right before you fix your bifocals.
@@millyardopeacecraft9778 actually ypu are right, rappeling.
