That's the spirit Sir. You inspired this Legal Drafter a lot. Could you please do a video on recent legal reforms adopted by the Central Government in brief. Thank you Sir. Ramana R. Bhavasar, Kurnool City, AP.
Firstly, I extend my Independence Day greetings to you sir. I have a question. The question is as follows: the case in the High Court is dismissed for non-prosecution for not complying to office objections, is it possible to reopen the case Sir and the case is A. RFA
Yes it may be possible. This may be possible under the rules made by the high court for governing its procedure. For example for Bombay High Court there are Bombay High Court appellate side rules as well as Bombay High Court original side rules and these rules contain provisions for filing application against the orders of this kind. You will out of find out for your High Court what are the rules and what are the provisions governing such situation contained in those rules. After studying those provisions you may be in a position to make an application. But I would suggest that before making any application you must be ready to remove the objections of the registry instantly.

Ministry of Railways has held that the reservation of jobs for the backward classes SC/ST/OBC should apply to posts and not to vacancies. The Court further held that the vacancy-based rosters can operate only till such time as the repre sentation of persons belonging to the reserved categories, in a cadre, reaches the prescribed percentages of reservation. Thereafter, the rosters cannot operate and vacancies released by retirement, resignation, promotion, etc., of the persons belonging to the general and the reserved categories are to be filled by appointment
