After 5 and a half years, Chris and I caught up with Chelsea Handler while celebrating how much joy Chuy brought to their lives. I'm 22 minutes in and it is so touching to know Chelsea and you were back together. Chelsea Lately was always on my TV when I was in high school and it's so sweet to see. I'm tearing up at how beautiful friendship really can be. Rest in Peace Chuy.

I'm not surprised that Reese Witherspoon was rude to Chris. She was also obnoxious to that cop who arrested her and her husband by saying, "Do you know my name?" She's very talented but not a nice person. Chris is such a cool guy.

I loved watching Chelsea Lately back in those days. I'm so glad everyone got together to remember Chuy. I was sad to hear of his passing but it's nice to know that you guys did that for him.
This was my favourite interview so far. I loved hearing the update on the chelsea/heather narrative and hope that chelsea will come on the show and put it all to bed and move on at some point.

Absolutely adored this show!!! I tested up listening to ya’ll talk abt Chuy’s memorial party and the gang getting back together. My late daughter and I used to watch Chelsea Lately every single night together and you two were my faves. Ok, I didn’t cry but I got extremely nostalgic and I totally see how those years could’ve been the funnest ever. And yes, so politically incorrect which is part of the reason I loved it sooo fucking much. It was like an anything goes scenario that’s I miss so much now days. Everyone’s so damn touchy and gets their feelings hurt even though we all know that in comedy everything is fair game. Glad you are getting Lights Out, girl, how cool if you n Chris are on together. I’ll try to catch it more now that I know Chris is recurring guest and I’ll look for your appearance Heather. But again this has been my fave show because it just brought up so many memories of my daughter and old times and ‘different’ times and I just loved that time of my life, just like ya’ll seem to. Also glad you and Chelsea got to see one another and sorta bury the hatchet I guess.

LOVE LOVE HEATHER! So glad she got some peace with Chelsea. So many times things get twisted and are inaccurate - so unfair. I just wish Chelsea would’ve gone one step further and apologized. Heather deserves that
I love this! One of my hardest laughs - was an “after lately” episode where Ross Matthews was going to be the substitute host and Chelsea got irritated at the positive response she started tickling him violently in the chair! He was like “I think you just tickled my eye ball, Ive never felt that before “ 😂... I was dying! I watched that scene over and over again
My favorite episode yet and I have binged almost all of them. My mom and I were huge Chelsea Lately fans and you were always our favorite, we loved your book and have seen you a few times in Denver. This episode made my heart happy!! ❤️

How the world has changed in 10 years and not for the better. I wish nothing was off limits to discuss like in the 2000’s. I feel sorry for you Guys having to censor yourselves these days as so much is deemed offensive.

Loved you guys on Chelsea. The show is how I know you two. It featured non-white comedians on tv that I never saw elsewhere. And, Filipino comedians? Who knew they existed. Look where they are now! We’d love you guys to revive the same format.

This Chelsea lately mini reunion was really nice to hear about. I love that show. And After Lately was so good. Chuy was his funniest in the skits- especially the blooper episodes! I used to laugh til I was in tears!!! Thank you guys for all the laughs. Keep it up. Love y'all

I hate that there’s no way of watching old Chelsea Lately episodes. I get that it was a “current events” type show so it’s content might be seen as dated but it was *funny* as hell! I’d like to watch old episodes but I can’t find it anywhere on streaming services or even online. What a bummer. 🤷🏼♂️😕
I think Chris knows who told Chelsea heather was selling stories and he is protecting that person. I dont like that he keeps steering her away from that and trying to get her to drop it.
I agree w/ heather, an accusation like that is not something to dismiss. it has had a huge effect on her reputation and likely always will. She has the right to get answers and clear her name up in public.

Now she has turned into a crazy person... I mean yay for her being woke but she screwed up her career trying to be woke as apposed to trying to be funny and her humor was always based around being mean but not an insult comic so for her to transition from that platform to this just doesn't work. I mean more power to her...

I really enjoyed the shoe Chelsea lately but it was obvious then, and continues to be the case, she is a nasty person. Her saying to Heather that 'women doing standup after 40 is gross' was a direct dig at Heather. So glad Heather had a chance to remind her of that.
