The pillion seat is very comfortable (since it is long) no prob there but cushioning so far is no issue I think maybe for long rides it might be an issue not sure, So far I love the bike it is not very aggressive (so it is linear powered engine you will see actual aggression post 4000RPM) awesome for city ride and daily commute no prob in traffic very nimble and flickable. I would suggest people go and check this bike in person don't judge on images/videos it is a way different and awesome-looking bike

The pillion comfort is good, my wife sits with kid easily quite comfortable not sure about long tours, I love the bike I like the fact that it has linear power delivery so it is perfect for city traffic, There no necessary aggression very nimble and comfortable in the city can easily go for long tours (not for off-roading for sure) can easily handle and I would suggest you go in showroom and checkout in real and have a test ride Pictures and videos doesn't do justice to this beast very sophisticated but crazy power inside. I would suggest test ride it and if you are really in to clean minilist design go for it.
