If you work dayshift East of 89074 on the Strip e.g. the sun will be in your rear mirror. Likewise coming home. Definitely a consideration when house hunting.
any houses there in henderson with NO HOA and with a motorhome garage? and also are there any houses that are NOT brand new?.
Hi there. Actually Henderson is where you will find most of the homes without an HOA and with RV garages. We would be happy to have a Zoom call with you and show you those areas and some examples of those types of homes. And yes, lots and lots of resale homes, not just new construction. LOL
