- An uplifting and heartwarming story about finding the magic of Christmas, no matter where you might be, This Is Christmas follows Adam (Alfred Enoch) and Emma (Kaya Scodelario) as they make their daily commute from the picture-perfect village of Langton to London for work. Every day they share their journey with the same characters, but they all keep themselves to themselves. But then one day, in the build-up to Christmas, Adam breaks the unwritten rule of travel and starts talking to the strangers on the train, inviting the whole carriage to hold their own Christmas party.
Directed by Chris Foggin, 'This is Christmas' is available on Sky Cinema and Now from 9th December.

Just watched this and actually really liked it. Got to watching it just thinking it will be typical Christmass stuff but it surprised me. Has got similar vibes to "Love actually" for me, not sure why but I dig it.

It's nothing original or inspiring. It's the typical Hallmark formula story. Add some music and idealism.
Okay. I admit I like soppy Christmas films. But this is one of the best I’ve seen. A real feel good movie with some tearjerker moments

A movie set in London where 50% of the population is non-white, having black people in it. How woke! you probably want a movie like Notting Hill, set in a black part of London that had no black people in it at all. Those days are over especially when British content that has no diversity is struggling to be sold internationally
