Thank you so much, this is very helpful, I took the quiz, and mine was high estrogen & low progesterone, it’s seems correct cos my period stop about 4-5 days and then I notice spotting now it’s the 2nd day it’s very light and it’s dark brown, hopefully it will stop soon.

Nourished Natural Health Hi pls answer this so basically i just got my second period like on monday i had a rlly heavy flow for nearly the rest of the 6days yesterday i thought that i had stopped then today we went out and walked and i thought it was discharge but its not it was like this light red/brown blood then after like 20-30mins after i left the bathroom i went in again to see that it was gone is that normal? It's very common for small amounts of blood to be released once you stop bleeding, especially if you have only just started having cycles and your body is still adjusting. Then my period was late for 16 days and it's doing that on and off thing again. I've never had it before and i've had blood tests and urine tests done and everything came back normal as well as i had ultrasound done on my uterus and ovaries incase something else was going on but nope. nothing there.. I'm booked in with a gyno and the appointment is soon so hopefully it's just tissue blocking and that's all it is to it. Wheww!

Mines did this b4 finally went to the doctor he told me I have fibroids, he gave me some pills then things went back to normal now a yr later I lost count of how much cycles have passed, anyways it started but now I'm bleeding but dark brown blood which tell me it's stopping only to find out every time I go to use the bathroom & wipe I see red blood & a few little bit of clots or egg tissue whatever u call it then it will stop again show me the brown blood then do the same thing over again this has been going on 5 days after me period shud have stopped... Ugh I hate it when that happens. I’m on my sixth period rn and I’d been bleeding for five days. The flow was light, then heavy for two days, then medium and then light again. Yesterday and today there’s been no blood and I just wish there was so that I could get my period over with.

вєαυтιfυl I’m so sorry I didn’t see this until now! If you just started your period that’s normal that it’s irregular. That happened with my first period, it finally stopped after about 16 days. Then my second period was about 14 days, my third period was 7 days and my 4th was 4 days!

Hi mam, my periods are healthy it occurs 4 days per month there is no periods symptoms to me even little pain but from few months my periods starts at the 1st day just it appears only some drops like that but it stops for 2-3 days and again it runs for 2 days and ends and repeats for next month . Oh, if you see Brown than it basically means your almost finished with your period. It might take a day or 2.

This can definitely happen! Each month is a little different to the last. If the pain is severe I recommend visiting your doctor for a checkup.

Hey lovely, irregular periods and stop-start periods are very common, especially if you have just started having periods for the first time. It can take your body a year or two to establish regular cycles after you first begin, so I wouldn't worry - just give your body some time to learn it's new normal :) Good luck!

You should get a good period tracker and make notes in the app to get a better idea of when you ovulate and can get pregnant 🤗
