This is another great video of Jason explaining the business side of residential construction and real estate. There’s a ton of content out there about the homebuilding industry, but it’s evident that most of the creators are not truly industry professionals and the information is not valuable. In Jason’s videos, he shares professional information that is extremely beneficial for someone that has an interest in homebuilding. If someone has an interest in spec construction, custom builds, and/or new home sales, I would highly recommend watching all of Jason’s videos. You’ll find golden nuggets of information throughout.
