Sir what about 819/150 is it terminating or non-terminating
First of all we have to reduce the rational number to simpler form then we have to check wheather the denominator is of the form 2^m*5^n where m and n are non negative integers then can only we say wheather it's terminating or non-terminating

Sir but 39 /24 is terminating decimal number. While the factors of 24 is 2×2×2×3.
