Finally, here’s a new house tour video after a month. This coastal villa is my latest build. I built it for my newly-wedded sims, Viktor & Annatalya as their vacation home. I have to say that this is my most favorite build that I’ve ever built in the game so far. I wanted to build something that looks like an Ibiza villa. That’s where the inspiration came from. I spent about 2 days on the weekend on this build and I love how it turned out. Love every single space and corner in it and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do, too. Also, I hope it inspires you to build your own version of it. ❤️

I’m trying to recreate this in my town but it’s not letting me put a patio underneath the villa stairs?
When I was building it, the problem I encountered was it wouldn’t let me put the exterior stairs if I had already built the patio. So I resized the patio where I wanted to put the stairs (I made sure the patio wouldn’t touch the grids where I wanted to put the stairs), put the stairs in then extend the patio back to cover the grids underneath the stairs. Try it and I hope it solves the issue.
