    Its a slightly different method to the chinese way of making pickled mustard,.. i saw a vid where sea salt is rubbed in the leaves and then stored im the jar and then add water…
    Whats the difference between using plain water and rice water?
    And rubbing salt in the leaves first?

      I wonder that too. I believe she said that the rice helps speed up the picking process.
