i also saw him in st.louis mo. in concert and it was an outdoor show.there was this horrible looking thunderstorm about to cross the miss. river and his bass player at the time(1993)was outside the theatre looking at the dark clouds cause we knew it was gonna get rough and i approached him and i said your the bass player! he replied,man i have been standing out here 30 mins. and you are the only person that has reconignized me,of course i ask him t prove it , he did n a very kool way great chat
go thru lots of therepy through the yrs and this lary therepist wanted 2 know my history and i was honest abouteverything cause i wanted to be a better person and i will never 4get the sweet lady just looking at me with tears in her eyes and she was wearing i glasses,and she gave me the best compliment i ve ever had . she said that i have a resilent heart and spirit. she wanted to know where my attitude and spirit i had to get thru most of these things and i told her from rod stewart&grandpa.

I believe what you see is what you get with Rod. I was fortunate enough to be at the Ritz Carlton in Manalapan FL in 1994 (Palm Beach) I believe for Father's Day & he was on the same floor down the hall. I was a guest of the General Manager, so I had a very nice suite. He was married at the time so on his best behavior. I did not get a chance to shake his hand but when he left the next day I asked if I switch suits & we did!
i meant she wanted to know where my strenghth come from to get thru those times and i told her what i just told you.so the compliment is the same for you rod .i have heard many times from your interviews that you were not there alot for sean and kimberly,however you were there for me in many ways. i try to be a good father although no ones perfect. every picture does tell a story dont it? i was practically raised on my own and you were always there ask anyone who knows me thx4 u&4u ppl4 sharn
