You got that "lil piece" in the right spot, it is thermal tape more or less, just to help stick and transfer the heat from that chip to the sync. Thanks for all ya do good sir !

The TBS Sixty9 (both Crsf and Tracer version) is 1W 20×20 and includes the control link. BQE RIP Squeak v2 many of us just got from the FPVCrate Sub250 box. But the ImpulseRC Apex Micro 3" has a 20×20 slot in the back as wel as the center. It's a sturdy, Stiff frame. 😁👍

Nick, the Rush Tank Mini is a 20x20 VTX and says its got a max output of 800mw but I've measured it to be closer to 900 when cooled properly. I'd say that's the most powerful 20x20 VTX you can get.

Have a look at the BQE RIP Squeak V2 because (a) the name is kinda cool and (b) you can get it for different prop sized and (c) you can get all sorts of TPU colours - get a mix to match your logo :)

If you haven't built a power whoop out of a Betafpv 95x frame then that's what I'd recommend. For mine, I kept it light like a shutterbug build but in the 95x frame with RCX 1304 5000kv motors and Gemfan 2540 props running 4s. It's quite fast and fun.
However, if you want to build something with a 20x20 stack that is light and racer oriented then I suggest the Tomoquads Airstrike 3. On this frame I used RCX 1304 4000kv motors and Gemfan 3035 bullnose props. Quite light and powerful.
Of course everything has ELRS on them now.

These have THE best quality and durability I use for analog 5v clean signal almost as good as hd zero ,, even better than my rush tanks but no mic .. they only thing is the long press is 20 seconds to get out of pit mode on initial setup then you want all lights steady on is highest power simple I do not use tramp or smart audio in betaflight I setup all my vtx manually to highest power and leave it to many bugs in betaflight untrustworthy also the speedybee rhcp antenna is excellent combo with caddx baby ratel 2

    Hi Nick always great vids!
For your build how about an ELRS 5 in one FC in a whoop - youd get a long range tinywhoop??
I am planning a conversion of the UZ65 to the ELRS board as the standard VTX board fitment is poor (gets in the way of the camera and is stuck on with a pad) and I can ditch it.
