- At this time of year, the tide is really low so I've been out to check how it looks. The higher the tide, the harder it is to harvest oysters. This is the right time to harvest and freeze oysters, so that's why I'm taking you here. These #GiantOysters are #AuNaturel. Nobody farms them here. So fresh, tasty, juicy, and sweet!

เห็นหลายคอมเมนต์สงสัยว่าทำไมคนแถบสแกนดิเนเวียไม่ค่อยนิยมทานของดิบกัน เพราะเค้ากังวลเรื่องแบคทีเรีย และเชื้อโรคหลายชนิดในหอยนางรม รวมถึงกังวลเรื่องการปนเปื้อนของแหล่งน้ำตามธรรมชาติที่ตรวจสอบไม่ได้ ส่วนคนที่ชอบจริงๆ ก็จะเลือกทานจากร้านอาหารที่เค้ารับมาจากฟาร์มเลี้ยงที่มีการควบคุมคุณภาพต่างๆ มีการตรวจสอบยืนยันแล้วว่า สะอาด ปลอดภัยจริงๆ ค่ะ
แล้วระบบสาธารณสุขแถบนี้ไม่เหมือนที่ไทย บุคลากรทางการแพทย์มีจำกัด เกิดเจ็บป๋วยขึ้นมา ถ้าแพทย์ประเมินอาการแล้วว่าไม่ฉุกเฉินร้ายแรงถึงชีวิตจริงๆ แค่ท้องเสีย ไข้หวัด ปวดหัว ตัวร้อน ต่อให้ติดโควิด คนที่นี่เค้าไม่แพนิค ใช้ชีวิตกันปกติ โรงพยาบาลจะให้กลับไปนอนดูอาการที่บ้าน และแนะนำวิธีการดูแลตัวเองในเบื้องต้นก่อน หากอาการไม่ดีขึ้น มีอาการแทรกซ้อน เป็นหนักจริงๆ ถึงจะได้เข้าพบหมอ ต้องมีการนัดหมายกันเป็นระบบ ในส่วนร้านขายยาก็มีการควบคุมเข้มงวด เภสัชฯ มีหน้าที่แนะนำวิธีการใช้ยา ผลข้างเคียงต่างๆ และจะจ่ายยาให้เฉพาะคนที่มีใบรับรองจากแพทย์เท่านั้น ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้วินิจฉัยโรค หรือจ่ายยาได้พร่ำเพรื่อแบบที่ไทย คนที่นี่เค้าเลยพยายามดูแลรักษาสุขภาพตัวเองเป็นพิเศษค่ะ
