I played this hymn for my mum just before she passed on (at 85), she was quietly humming to it but too weak to sing, she passed on a day after. It's too painful to listen to the hymn without shedding a tear or two. I miss her so much. Mum RIP
I did not play this for my mum but I wish I had when it was apparent she was going. I was just crying until she gave up. I am crying now as I recall that day Mum RIP
I can only reminisce and smile how beautiful it was to be brought up in a strict Nigerian Christian home. I will never forget the lyrics of this hymn How could i?
It reminds me of my parents. This one of our songs at the family altar in the morning and Christi ologo olola Iwo imole aye Orun Odo FIDE Ko si bori okunkun Mole oro sunmo mi, Rawo oro waya mi.
I love this song. It brings back all the memories of my youth, watching my late Dad praying on his big organ and the house shaking at six o'clock in the morning
Not sure whether to continue to listen to these beautiful hymns we grew up singing that happens to be a reminder that our country was once a beautiful place to live or forget this memory And this is not too long ago. I love this Hymn and love my mum RIP
Wa sadura oro I am so close to tears now. It reminds me of my dad about "Adura ni opa Kristian" Adebiyi Toun Thank you for uploading this beautiful hymn that draws us to the true meaning of loving God
How I wish and pray that we will all be able to pass this on to our own children ...solid Christian foundation.... so that our own children will rise up and call us blessed of the lord...i pray this solid Christian doctrines will not perish in our own generation... whether home or abroad, God is everywhere.... pls let us all return to the basics....
I pray so too but I know it's tough with the influx of churches preaching prosperity rather than reverence to our Lord Jesus Christ. One of the reasons I started this Channel is so the doctrine will not disappear.

The beauty of Church music can never be over-emphasized. The memory is soothing
Fact that I know all the lyrics of this hymn is because of my mum and morning prayers...may her soul continue to rest in peace.

Can the group that sang this song also please look at the possibility of singing the English version of it, and without any embellishments?
The beauty of music is to listen to all the parts with a full orchestra.
