You left out some Very important information, will it work with MagSafe 10 billion iPhones out there you know, how much is it restrict the movement of the vents movement

We have MagSafe head options that can be kitted with all Direct Fit phone mount kits. It does not restrict movement of the vent.

Can you still adjust the vent or is it locked in position?

Adjustment will be limited a bit but the mount does not contact the movable part of the vent.
